Big hotel and several pools but there was no warm wather in any pools,every one could come and use billage with almost 3 euri

Amazing, the best hotel, very good service, best beach and food

The hotel is very good for families with childrens, very good meal, many pools and atractions for childrens. The room is dirty and not maintained

We were a family of 19, including three generations. Overall our stay was great. There are several swimming pools, fit for all ages. The waterpark is great, no lines, the beach is very nice too. The selection of food is very nice and fit all ages. There are a few things that could make it even better. 1. We asked several times in advance to be put together or at least close to each other. When we arrived it turned out that we are in different buildings, far from each other. 2. The safety in the water park area should be improved. This place is perfect for families.

The hotel is great. The service of Maria was wonderful she was very helpful and was given the best service and solution to each question and problem

I came to visit over the 4th of July weekend. Let me break this down for you: (1) STAFF: Front desk staff are awesome from the moment we got there. This is a very busy place with high volume of turn over but, they still find the time to give you that personal touch which is something you don't often get here. They sent a young man out to my truck with a golf cart to help me with my bags and take me to my room so I didn't have to carry my bags and walk. The security and quality control staff are great (2) FOOD: Is great and better than I expected. The executive Chef is all over the place. I saw him at every restaurant location. The food is fresh, tasty and plentiful. The Asian Restaurant was off the rails good! Unbelievable! Fresh, clean and friendly staff. Be advised, you need to book your reservation a day in advance. I don't think that fair for those people that are staying one night might not get a chance to eat there. If you get the chance, its the best! The other buffets are very good as well. (3) ROOMS: OMG! The beds are so soft and the sleep you will get is amazing! I get up early and believe me, I wanted to sleep in. The rooms are clean and the AC works well too. We stayed in the 7000 series building down past all the after hours partying. The turn over at the hotel is crazy so one might expect something to be dropped but, every was clean. (4) POOL: are great, the activities are a lot however, after 4pm, the party starts and run through Midnight.

Amazing facilities for children.. they will be in the waterparks / pools all day! The resort itself is quite large, so plenty to walk! Sandy beach has plenty of sunbeds and lovely clean water that is not too deep. Great rooms, recently refurbished and a lovely sea view that we opted for, but we had to climb 3 storeys everyday with a stroller!! The numerous buildings with rooms have no lifts! If you have a stroller, maybe book a ground floor room with terrace. Great breakfast at the main restaurant. Other meals were ok for a short stay, but a week would be difficult. They have an additional 2 restaurants on the all inc program.. both of which were good, but Asian Star very good. Just beware vegetarian options are extremely limited outside the buffet restaurant, and the veg or vegan at the buffet can be a little bland. If you are on a b&b trip, there are a couple of decent options for lunch or dinner on site, and many restaurants on the nearby on the main strip of the town. A big downside was the number of 18yr olds that were there that week to party. Consuming alcohol all day and night and making a fair amount of noise! Impossible to get to the lobby bar as the groups of kids monopolised facilities.. I felt sorry for the lone barman that had to cope with this! The all inclusive drinks were cheap and nasty, better off with just the beer in my opinion. The hotel does facilitate noise & party goers, there is a daily foam party, but its all fun!!

Seemed fine for all inclusive experience. The main restaurant meals are constantly refreshed from one night to the next with good options for most diet styles. Only one type of beer was available at the bars, and the pools are definitely designed with little people in mind. Great for a family experience. The reservation was kind enough to upgrade me to a room with a full-size bed, which seems to be a luxury item in Crete. Don't automatically expect that you're going to get one since that's what the room description lists.

So many amenities for family play, amazing place and wonderful people working there, made our stay unforgetable!

Die Zimmer sind relativ klein und und das Badezimmer kann nicht von mehr als einer Person betreten werden. All Inklusikve war eher enttäuschend und das Buffet eher ein wenig langweilig.
