Great location

Excellent hotel, spotless with accommodating staff. Located across from the train station and less than half a mile from the magnificent Cathedral. Extensive breakfast selection. Small, comfortable rooms but tiny shower enclosures. Parking spaces are tight and maneuvering in the underground facility is very difficult However, it is very secure. Stairs are hazardous, steps difficult to negotiate.

Tiny room

The room was minute… a joke! Otherwise good … the staff were charming and the breakfast acceptable…but the tiny room was terrible value.

Just Right for Our Needs

Just stayed one night on way to Paris to fly home. Great location, parked free at train station across the street. Small but clean rooms. Breakfast wasn't included and the buffet was $$ for the food.

Très bon séjour à l'hôtel Jehan de Beauce. Des menus spéciaux préparés en chambre, le chef est très doué, c'était délicieux ! Idem pour le pdj, se prend en chambre, bons produits. Hôtel idéalement placé, face à la gare, à quelques mins du centre ville. Je recommande, très bon rapport qualité prix.

Great and comfortable stay

Secure parking was reserved for us on arrival. The room was very comfortable. We appreciated the quietness, the air conditioning, the comfortable bed and modern bathroom. Toilet and bathroom separate. The staff was extremely helpful, roomservice available to bring us some hot water for tea since this was a room were no kettle could be made available. Toiletries, bathrobe and slippers available in the room.

Not a 4 star hotel!

our experience was not so good . We took a junior suite : 4th floor facing the train station . Woke up early due to the loud train station announcements . Went to use the toilet , there was no water to flush. There was no coffee nor tea station in the junior suite . Went for breakfast , service was terrible . The communication from the staff definitely not appropriate as for a 4 star . We noticed a lack of staff training in service communication behavior attitude ! Went to the toilet near the breakfast room , there was no soap to wash our hands.. I ask to use the sauna , there was no more slippers in our room not in the entire hotel . No bathrob neither in our room. I had to use shoe to go to the spa. Not so convenient ! The sauna , was nice and clean . We were happy to leave and won’t be back as we felt this entire experience was a joke! Any 3 star hotel would have been much better !

easy walking distance to cathedral and old part of town. we had an elegant junior suite that was roomy and well appointed. room was very quiet; even though they had music downstairs and the bar/restaurant was full, we heard none of the noise, and we were on the 2nd floor. I would absolutely stay here again.
