Awesome Staff

Awesome staff, very professional and extremely helpful, a credit to your brand.The restaurant for dinner was superb. You do need a vehicle if you stay at this property. The only negative for us was the Internet, it was pretty much non existent, we actually used data for our stay.

I am from Toronto, Canada and I’m an elite level traveller, due to my business. I have travelled extensively in North America and Europe. When I do not travel on business and I am alone, I stay mostly in 4-Star hotels. And, I like to stat outside of the city center … but, not too far. The Royal Hotel was outstanding in this regard. The room was amazing (king sized bed), the shower worked great, the pool was amazing with ample, on-site parking. The breakfast variety was great too. Although I do speak Greek, I “tested” the staff by speaking English and they were very accommodating. Awesome staff. I will definitely stat here again when in Thessaloniki. Breakfast was delicious made to order. The customer service was amazing and the receptionist was very kind and understanding when explained of our late check in and offered to assist with arranging transportation although shuttle service was off during the time we needed it. The bed was comfortable, had a restful night and the view of the balcony is beautiful.

Well done to the staff at Royal Hotel!

Love, love, love this Hotel! It's our go-to place when staying in Thessaloniki. Service, food, surroundings and rooms are amazing. Extremely close to airport too. Pool area has a great vibe, with its lovely pool, drinks and cool music. Highly recommend and often book for friends and family when staying in Thessaloniki.

Loved the food and the staff were amazing! We ate twice a day in the hotel. Food was fresh and if you wanted to adjust your meal, they were very happy to do so - even offer alternatives. Breakfast buffet wasn't really my thing as I can't eat dairy, but they were willing to make anything I requested. Had a leak in our room due to the air con and it was fixed within 30 mins. Extremely prompt! Pool area was beautiful however even if you're a resident, you don't get priority over the loungers as it seems to be open to the public. Location is remote which was perfect for us. Very relaxing stay and we will definitely be back.
