Would definitely stay again

Great location. Very friendly staff despite how busy they were. Breakfast was good. Hotel was very clean. Room was not ready at 4:00pm at checkin, was not ready until 5:30. There’s so much to see that we didn’t mind. My only complaint and I know this is Savannah, free hotel parking was full our second night snd so was the garage across the street. We had to park 2 blocks back. But the hotel was very nice and gave me my parking credit for our 2nd night. The concierge was very helpful and great location. Dont stay in a room on the river view side if you can’t sleep due to noise. (Barges, street sweeper, cars). We loved the location

Good location

I decided to go to Savannah at the last minute so there were very few hotels available it being Palm Sunday week. This one was a good location being right in front of a crosswalk to the Riverwalk. Since I am a light sleeper I requested a quiet room which the staff accommodated for me. Overall a very good experience with a friendly staff.

The room with street noise

I enjoyed my stay! The only thing I didn't like was our room faced the street and heard traffic all night! Other than that nice hotel very neat and clean and the staff was very nice!

Very nice stay!

Very clean hotel right on Bay Street in the heart of the historic district. Within walking distance to all the sights! Only complaint was a very loud air conditioning unit that ran on and off all night. Otherwise, very pleasant stay. Staff was very helpful and extremely friendly! Would stay again.

We have been to this hotel previously. Find it clean and friendly. Room was spacious and well appointed. The TV was too small to watch comfortably from either the sofa or bed and I would suggest an upgrade to sharper digital signal. Breakfast had a good variety of food well prepared. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Mediocre for the Price.

This was just an OK stay, great location, the staff was friendly, the room clean but I will try a different hotel next trip. It was quite expensive, the WIFI was terrible, I had better WIFI tethering my cell phone. Breakfast was not that great and had a long line. The room had a light shining in the window with no way to black it out, the site stated they had blackout curtains. I was charged for parking and did not park there, I had to park across the street, which was actually much cheaper than what they charged my card, I am sure they will correct that. I would maybe stay there if it was $75 a night cheaper.

Savannah!

This hotel is not 5 star but it is a nice place to stay. There were no drawers to store clothes in the room but it did have a closet with hangers, iron and ironing board. Check in is 4pm but we were allowed to park way before that and they called as soon as the room was ready allowing us to check in several hours early. We had a river view room and the view was amazing! We went up to the pool located on the roof and the view from there was even more amazing. The buffet breakfast has okay with the typical offerings. The best part of this hotel is the location. We parked the car and walked to River Street, Forsyth Park and City Market. All were easy walking distances.

Comfortable room in great location

Great for a weekend getaway in Savannah. Perfect location within easy walking distance to River Street. Comfortable room. Will definitely stay here again.
