Best Hotel Ever

Drury is our new go to when it comes to taking trips. We were blown away by all that they provide, including the kindness shown to us by all of their employees. It is hard to find kind people these days so it was a refreshing surprise. The staff was absolutely wonderful. You get free breakfast, free drinks, and free dinner. They call it hor d’oeuvres but it was a full fledge meal. You cannot beat that. The pool was neat as it doubled as an indoor/outdoor pool. Our room was spacious. And the place was very clean. My family and I are extremely pleased and grateful for our stay with them.

Would recommend

Beautiful and clean. Staff was on top of the little spills in the elevator and lobby by some unattentive guests immediately. Front desk gentleman was wonderful and kind. Room was quiet and very clean.

The check in went smooth. Our room was nice and large. Originally I wanted to give them 5 stars, but a few problems got it to 3. The room didn't cool down completely the whole time we were there. Woke up sweating after a nap and at night. The alarm in the room went off 2x in the morning, they should make sure peoples previous alarms are not going to sound! If they had those 2 things fixed it would be 5 stars.

Nice weekend getaway

This stay was amazing. It was a weekend get away, very relaxing. The hot tub and pool were awesome. Dinner and breakfast were great

Frequent patron rebuked at check-in

We’ve stayed here many times before and like the location. Always stayed in room 214. This time the check-in agent insisted my husband come get me out of the vehicle to show ID as proof I’d made the reservation. Our daughter is disabled and I was tending to her. It was such an odd and random request as I ALWAYS book through hotels.com. I told the clerk as much, and she said I needed to join Drury Rewards if I stayed frequently. I told her NO WAY as my every 10th stay is free through hotels.com. We requested same room we’ve always been given without asking in the past (2nd floor to do stairs with dog) but got room 1014 (10th flr) instead. The bed by the window is wrecked and I’m really disappointed at check in, but everyone else was great & breakfast was very good. Hope this one experience isn’t foretelling of the future!
