Construction going

The room was clean but we didn’t have tv in the room as says on reservation .The hotel is construction is going and it’s start very early morning . My experience was not satisfied because power went off so many time while we stay like it’s went off like 6am untill 11am so long because construction started very early it’a loud because was next to my room

Spectacular!

My stay at La Diosa was amazing. The staff was top notch & the setting is beautiful. The beach club staff has an amazing vibe and were so attentive and caring my whole stay. In the restaurant I was greeted with a smile and delicious food every morning. Santos was an excellent server and met every need I had. Overall I could not have asked for a better week and I can not wait to plan my next trip to La Diosa.

Property was very close to Tulum ruins and right on the beach. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. The downsides we're there was very little to no hot water for the shower and the property was still under construction. The wifi was only accessable in the lobby area and not the rooms which was not very convenient. The hotel was very close to the ruins, which made it a fair distance from town and most food options. Overall, it was a good stay and I would recommend. Especially once the construction is complete.

Undergoing renovation - Keep on radar, awesome !

Be advised that as of 02/14/2022, the place is under new management and undergoing major renovations. We had the Deluxe room with king bed and AC which was exactly like the picture. Absolute silence all nights. The property is 10 minutes walk from the ruins, at the end of the relax part of the beach. Service was good even though a lot is being rebuilt: restaurant, rooms, beach access, etc. The « cabaña » on the beach concept is great and they are rebuilding every single one of them, this the very low prices right now. So if you like the « glamping » on the beach kinda deal (no AC take note!), this will be the best in Tulum shortly. If you are more into the all inclusive, pool, buffet kinda deal, you may prefer to look elsewhere. Would definitely go back. Very quiet and perfect for families compared to the more hip areas of Tulum beach.

Beautiful new hotel, they were still working on it. Staff are welcoming and friendly. Wifi is terrible, however, and shower has very limited pressure and little hot water.

Good smaller hotel - affordable

This is a brand new hotel, it opened a couple months ago. There is still construction and things being done on site. It’s a cute place, right by the beach. It’s not luxury but comfortable. Bring some bug spray, the mosquitoes are bad. The service was good and there is a cafe/restaurant for lunch and drinks on site.

Agradable pero caro, sin desayuno. En obras.

La habitación, bien. La cena, genial. Pero la ubicación, regular. Es verdad que estaba cerca de las ruinas, pero ir y volver de Tulum solo se podía hacer en taxi. La playa, impracticable por el sargazo. El desayuno no estaba incluido y no es nada barato. Además, el hotel está en obras. Mucho ruido.

Surt personale og fugtigt værelse

Vi følte os ikke velkomne på hotellet. Personalet var hverken venlige eller særlig akkommoderende. Stranden var ubrugbar pga den årlige tang invasion, det kan hotellet selvfølgelig ikke gøre for, men de valgte samtidigt at renovere ved poolen, så den også var ubrugbar. Generelt var renovering af hotellet en gene, da de begyndte tidligt om morgenen, og vi var ikke blevet informeret om at dette ville foregå under vores ophold. Værelset så fint ud, men luften var fugtig og klam som i en kælder. Det var især sengene som var fugtige! Morgenmaden var dyr og dårlig. Tjeneren tog drikkepenge for betaling af en kop kaffe, uden at spørge.

Idyllique

Pour ma deuxième fois ici, nous n'avons pas été déçus ! Le lieu est idyllique, le service au petit soin. Tout le monde est d'une extrême gentillesse. Un pincement au cœur à chaque fois que nous devons partir !

Lugar hermoso super bien ubicado

Excelente ubicación, personal amable, deliciosos desayunos y a precios accesibles, hermosa área de playa, pasaje de madera hacia la playa hermoso, aunque aún estaba en construcción, cuartos rusticos y grandes, pero había un ligero olor desagradable en el baño y faltan muebles en el baño para poner un mínimo de cosas. El lugar me encantó.
