Be cautious if traveling with a pet.

BEWARE! I prepaid for a room (booked in part because pets are allowed) and when I arrived was told that they didn’t hav any more “pet friendly” rooms available. Then spent 45 minutes online and on the phone with Hotels.com staff (instead of finding another place to stay) to get a refund that won’t show up for 7-10 business days. If traveling with a pet DO NOT prepay. And consider booking at a different hotel if you will be arriving late in the day to be sure you have a place to stay. I wound up sleeping in my car at a truck stop.

Leak in restroom noise

Room was filthy and I was told that it was cleaned by a “District Manager” which I guess meant I didn’t know what I was talking about. I was told they were short staffed and the District Manager stepped in to help. The room attendant was kind and the only good part of the stay. I will never stay here again.

It was fine Kitchen worked and it felt spacious Noise from other doors and steps in other rooms above were loud but stopped by bedtime

They don’t let you control the air in the room and it was sooooo hot. Amd for an extended stay you still have to ask for a glass, plate, etc instead of them being in the room.

Amazing

The front desk staff was wonderful and friendly. The maintenance guy who help me get my dinner cook was sweet and friendly too. There will be more stays here in the future. Thank you.

I liked that it was close to shopping and medical offices. I didn't like that there is no ice machine on the property or coffee maker in the room. I would rather not have to go all the way to the lobby for coffee, and only in the morning. I realize these rooms have a kitchen, but I didn't know I would need to bring cups to microwave water if I wanted to heat it since there was no coffee maker. Not a huge deal, just usually expect those things based on other hotel stays.
