Mostly really good. Would stay again

We had a really nice stay. A few issues we experienced: the gal at the front desk started to charge me twice, and when i told her i paid online at hotwire.com, she seemed unsure of how to handle this. Thankfully i did not sign, which was good. Then, our room had a cable.box that was not working. I called the front and they were unable to help. My kids would have liked to watch tv after a 10 hour drive. We had to ask for towels at the pool, and my husband said he was told he only had a half hour to swim. We knew this, but it seemed a bit like the gal was annoyed at helping us get towels. The in room record player did not work as it was missing a needle. The slushies were great - would be even better if it wasn't in a Styrofoam cup. Now the good: the beds were incredibly comfortable. The room felt like home. It was very relaxing. The pool was a perfect temperature and very well-kept. Breakfast was delicious. Prices were good for all the amenities.

Crozy hidden gem

cozy little place with a nice outdoor pool and hot tub. The place is a little older but very well cared for. The beds are comfy. The rooms have a home feel to them. They offer free ice cream and slushies which is a bonus!

Will be a great hotel soon

Hotel is being renovated. We checked in on Saturday afternoon and went to our room. Room was nice but could use updating. Had issues with internet connection and tv in the king room was not working. They moved us to another room. 2nd room was updated and nice. Tv in king room was still not working was able to connect to internet. Spoke to front office they said they should have the TV fixed Monday. Monday came tv was never fixed. Finally on Wednesday and me having to call the office every day Management came to room and called the cable company. Issue was in every room with the King loft. Connection was not activated. Management had it reconnected it. That same day the air conditioner went out in our room, break had blown maintenance fixed it. Then it blew out again in the middle of the, we were able to switch the breaker ourself. After reporting our issues to management not once did we get a apology or any kind of compensation. Other than that the hotel is going to be amazing when renovations are finished. They do need to work of better communication and training for their front desk staff

My Stay at Annabelle Gardens

I stayed there for three nights and four days with my Grandson while he was attending a basketball camp. I found it to be a very pleasant place to stay and every thing was exceptional except i thought the pool and hot tub could have been a little cleaner!

Our new favorite place

The place was amazing! We had plenty of room and excellent service, and the breakfast was delicious. We couldn't have picked a more perfect place to stay.

Great room but bad service

I arrived for check in after 3p (regular check in is 3). They said my room wasn’t ready and weren’t sure when it would be ready. After almost losing my mind, the guy went to check where cleaning crew was. I waited about 7 minutes and finally asked the lady up front what was going on. She called the guy and he said the room hasn’t been started on. This was at 4. I was meeting someone from out of town at the hotel and was agitated to say the least. I waited about 30 minutes and watched two other people with different rooms (I had a king) get checked in. I would say I got checked in at 5. The room was really nice. It had a full kitchen and had been remodeled. It even had a small living area. Because the rooms were nice and quiet, I’d try it again.

I scream for ice cream

What a great little spot for a family traveling. Girls loved the soft serve ice cream as dessert.

Great stay

Plenty of room for our stay, close to mall and great options for breakfast. We will stay again if traveling to Lincoln.
