This was our second visit to St Annes in the past 2-3 years. We had a fabulous relaxing, time out - just what we needed. Wonderfully attentive staff, particularly with my complex dietary requirements. Well equipped room too. No doubt we'll return again :-)

Very happy with the precautions the hotel was taking due to Covid 19 and the staff, all wearing masks, were polite and friendly despite the pressures they must be under. Room very clean, bed linen excellent

Poor WiFi signal

Service friendly and professional. Limited menu for dinner (pandemic measures in place) however as eat out to help out in action reasonably priced. Maintenance and decorating going on which wasn’t informed of before stay or during, it was just there!

Arrived at Hotel after traveling 80 miles and working on site all day, The desk clerk who i think is called himadri? Cited several excuses why we cannot stay, I would like to add we are covid responders undertaking emergency work at a childrens nursery that operates for key workers and had fulfilled all criteria, we work out of hours and on this occasion over the weekend, The clerk accepted the place of work is on the government list, what put him off was our Transit fan and workers clothes in the 4 star hotel, We then had no choice but travel 80 miles back home as it was already late putting us on a 20 hour day start to finish, We then had to travel back again in the morning with about 3 hours sleep, I made him aware of this he said I need to write him a letter on headed paper from the director (me) giving myself authority to work as a responder ( utter madness) I didnt have headed paper in my back pocket but showed him the authority letter from the regional director of the project allowing us and giving us access to the building which was a major water leak btw, I can only conclude it was utter snobbery that turned us away, there is no place for this behaviour by todays standards and should of been left in the past where if belongs, In summary the St Annes Hilton is not doing its bit in the battle to fight Covid, SHAME ON YOU!!

Hotel was nice and comfortable, service was ok. Food was not so good.

Good experience overall. Couldn’t believed high charge for Wi-fi in the 21st century

Staff were lovely and attentive. Lack of gluten free options on bar menu and GF afternoon tea has to be ordered a couple of days before your stay 🙁 Room AC/Heater was the noisiest I have ever heard and kept us awake but if you turned it off it would be either to cold/hot depending on season. Shower in room was a walk in shower but it flooded all over the bathroom so you were stepping out of the shower in to unclean water. Not good!

Clean stylish rooms. Friendly service. Good breakfast with ample choice although service was a little slow.

Probably our worst stay as a family. Food was horrendous, service was so poor we felt completely unable to order food / drinks. Bar staff were swearing about the hotel management. Room was poor condition. On raising the issues reception were disinterested and unapologetic. We were told of an upcoming refurb. Hotel could be great with a lick of paint, staff need re training.
