ناريتا جايت واي هوتل

This hotel is a short stay from Narita Airport making it a great one night stop before an early morning departure. The free shuttle service was great. The room was dated but very comfortable.

Pretty good though they had a mix up and tried to charge me for something for another persons room. Also my key didn’t work for he second night and I had to wait in line to get it working again.

I used to stay in Narita at least two nights per month due to business commitment. This hotel is extremely out-dated. All facilities inside and outside the room show a number of wears. The mattress is old and you can actually feel that you're sleep on some metallic springs. The pillows are thin and lack of support due to long time use. The carpet is not clean like other hotels in the area. The washroom actually shows some wears to show its age. I have booked a non-smoking room and the front desk has double checked to confirm the room should be non-smoking while check in. But once you get inside the room, you can smell those leftover smoke. The car park is not convenient to the travelers as you have to walk uphill a bit without any covers. The price is slightly more expensive than many other hotels in the area which it does not worth. I won't recommend my friend to stay in this hotel again.

We booked this hotel for 2 nights before departing back to the US. Staff was great, polite and very helpful. Shuttle bus free from and to airport is a big plus. Buffet breakfast was good and the restaurant is big and has a very nice view of a garden. Rooms were ok a bit old with furniture but who cares is not like we are going to live there. Spacious bathroom, beds are the only bad thing, so hard! Free shuttle bus to Narita station and Aeon mall was very convenient since there’s not much in the area. We were very happy in our stay and worry free about transportation to the airport
