No hot water. No water pressure. Just a drip. Help not friendly. Tv awful. Room is noisy from traffic. Ac didn't work at all. Terrible and I checked out the next morning. I've never done that. It is clean. Like a hospital.

Personnel were very friendly always willing to assist with anything I needed. Hotel is located in an intersection between California Ave and Via España which is a centric location. Unfortunately restaurant was closed for the days I stayed but, in the vicinity were vary other places for dinning.

Our stay lasted 6 days. Overall it was a pleasant experience, not exceptional but more than adequate. All areas of the hotel were very clean and fully functional, with secure off-street parking, midsize and smaller vehicles (tight spaces). If the staff spoke more English and if they had an onsite laundry (small lavandería across from hotel) that would have put them over the top. They are centrally located with easy access to restaurants, local historical sites and highways. Without question we would happily return to Euro hotel.

This is a good hotel if you are on a budget, and just want a clean bed and shower. Don’t expect much else. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms have great A.C. But no hair dryer. Also make sure to buy a bottle of water, as the hotel does not sell any, and at night, you may not want to go out or leave the premise. Great hotel for budge travelers. If you want extras, you may want to spend a few more bucks and go elsewhere. It served its purpose and I would recommend it for the reasons above.
