Mix perceptions of the place.

Our stay was a kind of adventurous. The resort needs a lot of repairs and cleanings. Although it is still feel enchanter nature around and beautiful views. The main pool is ok, the infinite pool is dirty and seems not care. The beds are comfortable and the shower is great. The restaurant area is beautiful, the food is not great. But the breakfast is ok. Good internet. Horrible tv channels. Overall we enjoy the experience.

Good hotel in need of an upgrade.

Reasonable stay. Linen required changing when first checking room as was stained. Cracks and stains in bathroom. Room was not dark enough for a good nights sleep.

Exotic location. Looks a bit worn overall.

I visited Aana 5 years ago and returned in Feb 2018. 5 years on and the hotel looked worse for wear. The extensive wood paths and structures needs treatment and overall it look just tired. The Villas are nice but not as spacious as I'd hoped. The enormous bed was great though.It is still a great design with a maze of wooden walk ways and exotic villas. At £115 per night I didn't find it particularly cheap given it only has 3 star facilities. Breakfast is ok but not amazing.

Upon arrival our room was fully Booked so they gave us another one (which we were not happy with). The hotel is beautiful build on stilts, but the restaurant and the bar are almost empty in the evening (pity, because the food is good). During the day it is nice to use kayaks to go to the beach, but in the evening you have to walk quite a bit along the road. There is a little shoo behind the reception which is handy. So our feelings about this hotel are very mixed.

Clean, good breakfast, great staff, bad location

Very enjoyable overall but the location was poor, drive to everywhere! Or boat to the nearest beach Would not stay again purely due to location If you want a secluded getaway it is perfect

Unique place

Anaa Resort was a great stay in Koh Chang. The design of the hotel was simple yet very tasteful. We really liked all the fixtures and furniture of the room. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and everything worked, including the virtually noiseless aircon! Access to the beach is by boat only, either by kayak, which is free for guests, or they have a boat taxi. There private beach area is in a great location with wonderful views of the mountains and great sunsets! One of the best things about the resort was the awesome breakfast which is varied and would appeal to many nationalities. One thing I would like to see improved is beach access in the evening (they ask that you return the kayaks by 630pm). I like evening walks on the beach and swims in the sea. Also, the staff, although friendly and helpful, had some trouble communicating in English beyond the very basics. They did have a manager who can speak English very well on call at most times, however. All in all, I strongly recommend Anaa Resort Koh Chang for couples and families, who want a quiet, clean and comfortable vacation at a resort with an interesting and tasteful design.

Nice hotel

I'm very impress to this hotel it 's beautiful and natural it have more free of charge activity as kayac , watching firefly on the night the 2 swimming pool are nice
