The person who was supposed to be working the front desk was sitting out front in her car twice when I needed her, although she was pleasant once she came over. The lobby was totally shut down and business was conducted from a “night window,” even in the morning. The room I was assigned had not been cleaned at all—tv on, bed unmade, trash on the table. Got reassigned to a clean room. Furniture is very old and tv is not digital (Blurry picture) and with limited channels. I really wanted to leave but there are aggressive signs by the night window saying No Refunds. I am honestly not picky, but it’s the worst place I have stayed in awhile.

This hotel is a good one for the price. It was clean and pretty well maintained. I dealt with both the front desk and ran into housekeeping upon departure and everyone was super friendly. I’d definitely recommend this hotel.

My room had several issues that weren't addressed. I had light bulbs missing, I was told they were out. My coffee maker was missing parts, I never got them. My trash was changed once in three days. I had one thin, flimsy towel that was not replaced over the course of my stay.

The hotel is run down and could be updated. My biggest issue was the dirtiness of the rug. My feet were black from just walking around on the rug. Unfortunately I didn’t notice right away. I also had constant issues with unlocking the door.

Dirty dusty unsanitary

Need better cleaning. Around walks and behind nightstands not clean. Good rate and just barely ok.

Good location (very near the I-65 on ramp). I had an issue with the mini-refrigerator - it wasn't working. Also the selection of channels on the television was really limited (the only major network was CBS - no PBS stations and the variety of cable channels was also minimal). Otherwise these were clean and comfortable rooms.

The room purchased was not available. The rooms lacked cleanliness. The continental breakfast was extremely limited. The noises outside made sleep difficult.

Comfortable bed and nice staff. Somewhat ghetto, but not to the point to where it is an issue.

I reserved a non smoking room and when I arrived they gave me a smoking room. The lady continued to tell me this is the information she received from Expedia. I even showed her my paper where it showed no smoking. I suggest calling the property and confirming next time. The property was scary and could have been cleaner. I was not happy and do not recommend. We ended up not staying here.
