It was enjoyable Even though 3 of 5 days it was rainy, the rain was warm and umbrellas were available everywhere. For me, those short bursts of rain were reasons for extra free drinks which were provided at any times by caring staff. Not too bad. Security routines on the Mexican and USA borders were reasonable and fast, We allocated 2 hours of the airport time but we’re able to complete all checks including corona virus checks in an hour. Thank you

Stayed 2 days just a weekend, service was good the staff was very friendly and helpful, a lot of activities were closed down due to a storm but that’s just weather not on the hotel, for the price a great bargain

Everything was great! Due to Covid the resort was not at all crowded. The staff went above and beyond with safety measures. The beach was beautiful and the water calm! There are no buffets at this time, but you have your choice of two restaurants for each meal, and the food is good. I am a regular visitor to the Caribbean and this is one of the best beaches and a good resort with excellent staff!

The check in took hours few personal at the front desk, The food and drinks was terrible, so so bad The quality of the food and juices were very poor They upgraded my room for another more expensive (privileged) And the hotel was almost empty... that’s not fear at all! I’m not recommend this hotel at all Horrible !

The property is located on one of the most beautiful beaches in Quintana Roo! Absolutely breathtaking! During COVID-19 people need to know that not all entertainment and restaurants are available daily. We were not aware of this until we arrived and tried to take advantage of some of the entertainment and amenities. The hotel takes every precaution to keep you safe, which is of great relief. Also, it is an older property and the rooms/buildings are in need of some updates but overall they are good. The staff is very friendly with the exception of one young man at the front desk. Everyone else goes above and beyond to make your stay is as wonderful as possible. I would return simply because of them and the beautiful beach! We enjoyed our stay and relaxed completely! And if you need a massage, they have THE BEST masseuse who take every precaution possible. The dive team is also great! My husband completely enjoyed his experience at this location. He's had many dive experiences and categorized this one as one of the best if not the best.
