Pictures Can Be Deceiving

This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. At first glance, the room was nice; however, it went downhill from there. The room maybe received bare minimum cleaning at most. There was only one towel set for a family of four. There was a partial roll of toilet paper in the bathroom and no extra rolls; nor were there any hand soap or toiletries. The let-out bed had dirty sheets from the previous people who stayed in the room. There was one small waste basket in the corner that we didn't see until the next morning so we had to pile our trash on the table. We had to call and have things brought up to our room four tines because housekeeping did a terrible job prepping the room for our stay. The loud drag racing kept us from getting any sleep. The bed was extremely hard and there was only one flat pillow so needless to say, we didn't get any sleep.

Ball game

This hotel has been open for 3 weeks and there are several kinks to be worked out. But, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Facilities clean Close to dining and entertainment options walkable to Busch Stadium Valet parking definitely worth the $45 as only street is other option and not confident on its safety Would stay here again but after another couple of months, so they can get their feet under them

Would not recommend

We were not given body wash when we requested it. The room did not have a shower curtain or blinds. The breakfast was lacking… very little hot food was available. And parking in the garage was $45/day so we opted to park on the street.

Parking woes, but nice room.

Did not use the $45/day valet and missed plugging the meter, then rec’d a $20 parking ticket. H2S told us about a $6/day parking lot very close. Used this during the day and parked free on the street overnight. The room was great except the view was a 3rd floor brick wall and dumpsters. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The room and facilities were new and in great condition. Room, lobby and breakfast areas were very spacious. The parking situation was confusing- there was no real place to unload and we didn’t see an option for parking other than valet.

Not happy

When we got to the hotel around 7:45 pm we was told our room was not ready and it would be ready after we returned from the concert and when we returned at 11 PM we were notified we didnt have a room and was being sent to another hotel. We were told that Expedia over booked them

Do Not Lie to Your Guests

We arrived at the hotel around 6pm to a lobby full of other guests already upset. At 6:45p, we finally made our way up the line to speak to the manager on duty. We were told there was a computer error that marked all rooms clean and vacant; therefore, they had accidentally been sending guests to rooms that were already occupied. The manager ensured me there were enough rooms for all of us, but they were going through and having to clean them all now. We were told it would be about an hour+ for our room to be ready. Finally, at 10pm, they announced to the lobby they actually DID NOT have anymore rooms. I can empathize with a computer glitch, I, however, do not tolerate being lied to my face about having a room for us when we could’ve made other arrangements earlier in the evening had we been told the truth. They did make arrangements for us at another hotel, but then they gave us walking directions to get there in downtown St. Louis around 11pm with all of our luggage. It was a 15 minute walk. We were finally in a room at a different hotel around midnight.

Great place to stay close to Busch Stadium. Loved their shower. Very comfy bed.
