Beautiful hotel. Very clean and comfortable. I didn’t like the parking situation. We had to park at a meter and pay to park.

No Room after 8 Hour Wait.

We arrived around 4 PM for check in to a long line and one person working the registration desk. Rather than make an announcement to all waiting, they made each of us stand in line to hear the same 5 minute explanation that there would be a 90 minute wait for our room because the washers and dryers were down and they couldn’t changed the bedding. We were instructed at 445 PM to go get dinner and return, which we did. At 615, we were told that someone had pulled the fire alarm the night before which wiped out all reservations. I asked if we would be guaranteed a room, because we had shoe tickets. They confirmed we would have a room. At 715 we had to leave for our show, I bathed and without ability freshen up in our room after traveling that day. We were again assured we would have a room. Upon return at 1112 PM after consuming alcohol, we were told we did not have a reservation. They blamed hotels.com for overbooking. We had to wait 15 more minutes while exhausted for our car return from valet, and we were given instructions to drive across town to anther hotel to which we were being transferred. An hour later, we were in our new hotel room. The original jostle told us that our valet parking would be free at both hotels, and they would pay the difference in any hotel fees beyond what we booked through hotels.com. Nobody called or texted us better 715 - 1145 pm that we would not have a room. Had they done so, we could have left directly from our shoe to the new site.

Get a hotel somewhere else

Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Didn’t have rooms ready for any guest waiting to check in. Waited hours to finally get into a room, by that time had completely ruined our plans for the night. Parking said free but you have to pay valet $45 per night. Get a hotel somewhere else for a few more dollars and save yourself the hassle of dealing with this dumpster fire of a business. Never written a review for anything before but this is so bad I feel I had to warn people from making the mistake.

Just not sure about this one.

This hotel is very misrepresented. We got to the Hotel and no their is no free parking. Their parking is $50 a day or park it on the street. And only 2 hrs at a time. Then the system was down the entire time we were there. They gave us a key for a room that they wrote down in a notebook. Got to the room and someone was already in there. Which is what happened to everyone. We went and changed in a room that didnt have someone in it and took all of our stuff with us. After the game we went back to see if things were fixed. We were moved to another room. The next day I couldn't find an ice bucket and no ice in the ice machine. The elevator was scary.

I do NOT recommend staying here, there’s many reasons this place is cheaper than most. Their computer system was down so we had been put into someone else’s room twice which is understandable since they had to check people in manually. At first only one of the three elevators had worked until a couple of hours later then EVERY elevator was down and we had to climb 6 flights of steps just for us to get to our rooms and find out that our key card had no longer worked for us to get in. So instead of going all the way back downstairs we called the front desk and all they had said was “ we are working on it” and hung up so we had to wait 20 minutes in the hallway. The only pro was the rooms were extremely clean.

The door keys wouldn't work. The staff had to physically let us in every time then the outlets in the room didnt work

Kind staff but multiple issues

Staff was very friendly however we experienced multiple issues during our stay including a very sparse and uncleaned breakfast area because the food truck didn’t show up. Would stay again but didn’t love paying for a Hilton to experience the issues we did unfortunately.
