Okay for last minute booking.

Hotel was nice. Staff was good. With Covid the staff in the hotel was not all consistent with wearing face mask. The room was good and clean and just right for the family. There was a lack of working emergency lights on our floor when the power went out. They gave out a bag breakfast that consisted of a bottle of water, Rice Krispy treat and potato chips. But in the lobby the staff was able to have breakfast for them selves that included stuff like waffles. At this time I don’t think we will be staying there again anytime soon.

Satisfied Customer

The front desk service was very nice. Hotel was clean. Pool was small but clean. My only hesitation is the cleaning lady was not wearing a mask.

The owner was sleeping in a cot right in the lobby where the dining tables are. He had cushions propped up around it, I guess to hide it, but it just ended up looking like a fort my kids would make. Their continental breakfast to go was a bag of chips and a bottled water in a brown paper sack.

Terrible customer service

Terrible stay- Came in to the hotel to the worker making his dinner at the breakfast counter and completely focused on his own meal. They didn't put me in the correct room. When I asked to be moved, they told me I had to pay more money. Poor customer service. Looked out the window and just saw trash. Very disappointed with this hotel and the service that was provided. Spoke to the front desk multiple times and they refused to help- only wanted to charge me more money. They would not honor the Hotels.com booking.

It was ok

I don't mind a bagged breakfast due to the pandemic, but it was a container of Pringles chips, a granola bar and a bottle of water.

First thing upon check-in I was told not to smoke in the room, upon entering the room I was welcomed with a warm smokey mildew smell. The room was quite big, the bed was a typical box spring which was really uncomfortable. The bathroom floor actually had dried up blood on the floor. I took pictures of this. The complimentary breakfast was a paper bag with snack size pringles, granola bar, and a water. The pool was very cloudy and looked like it was not well maintained. I will not be back or recommend anyone stay here. This is the 2nd Best Western I stayed at in 2 weeks in 2 different states. I will say I was disappointed at both stays.

I am not happy

I am really disappointed,nobody wear a mask,social distance not respected and that was not breakfast included,definitely i will never chose this place again!!!

Location and surroundings are good. Ample car parking. Comfort and service of hotel is also good. Pool is open. Hotel rooms facing parking view is very good. I will recommend this hotel.
