We really enjoyed our 2 night stay. The view of the lake from our room was incredible! The room was nice, spacious, and clean. The restaurant was great, we ate breakfast there both mornings and dinner there one night following a long hike. The bartender was exceptionally lovely. Many reviews noted the distance from the main part of town, but we walked to dinner one evening along the lake and found it very enjoyable. And the cab ride home cost ~$5 USD. We definitely would stay here again.

For a rather expensive hotel, our stay was just OK. The bathroom was a bit gross with stained floor tile, and the carpet looked old and in need of a cleaning. Good service, but the room was really disappointing.

Fantastic view but swimming pool was turbid and foamy, carpets would benefit from being replaced. If view is what counts for you it’s a great place but if you visit for wellness and like clean facilities this may not be your priority.

Very nice view from the hotel, good property but it is showing its age. Dining is limited but good food and reasonable prices. Staff is great (helpful and friendly). Quick taxi ride to town.

The "shuttle" from the airport was actually a cab that we paid for. Everything else about the hotel was outstanding, excellent breakfast and very comfortable room.

The property is about 3kms out of Calafate but we had a hire car and knew in advance and chose to eat at the hotel every night and the food was good, very large quantities and reasonably priced. Our disappointment with the property was the Wi-fi was very intermittent . We had room 225, the last room on the main floor and the drain grill in the bathroom constantly smelled unless we ran the water in the bidet or the toilet. Both issues were raised with reception but the situation did not improve.

It's location was amazing with views over Lake Argentina. Very quiet and tranquil. You feel you've reached the end of the world.!
