Very nice hotel

Great Hotel, lovely comfortable bed & pillows, rooms are clean (theres no housekeeping) but that was fine... it was nice & quiet in our room. We upgraded ourselves so we could have a lovely view over the river, looking at the harbour & casino so that was awesome. Its pretty handy to Flinders St & the Trams, about a 1 minute walk if that. The only real issue was the temperature of the indoor pool & the spa, they were very cool & not warm as you would expect an indoor pool to be, so really that was probably the only thing. Other than that was a great stay, we didn't really interact much with the staff, but there were a couple there that were lovely, the girl on check in & the guy that we spoke to about the pool. Other than that all was good & we would stay there again if they do something about the pool temp :)

Great location.

Parking only cost $10.50 per day. The hotel is located in the CBD and you can walk or take free tram within CBD. We did not have to use our car during our 4 days stay because we did not plan to travel outside CBD. Great location.

Absolutely fantastic hotel, within walking distance of city, great pool spa, kitchen in room good size room, bathroom huge as well, only bath over shower though.Breakfast was absolutely maasive big breaky $20 amazing value. Down side$40 for parking.

Could improve the cleanliness

We usually stay at the oaks and it is well presented. We were a bit disappointed this time around as there was a chunk of hair in the bed sheets that didn't belong to us. Little bit off putting but normally this hotel is great.

Disappointed experience and never return

No early check in, when I ask if any room available now for early check in he replied No and there will be if I am willing to pay more. What sort of customer service skill is that? I ended up walk around the city for an hour under the heat, that is 38 degrees on that day. The room condition is poor, bathroom is dirty and found hairs on the beds. Will never return to any Oaks hotel.
