Excellent experience from check in! Super friendly staff, very clean rooms, pool was open, and lastly as with all Residence Inn's that we've stayed at the rooms are VERY sizeable and comfortable.. Like renting an apartment!

I thought the staff were wonderful and very helpful. I did wonder why their lobby wasn’t open (I understand Covid fear), however, the Hampton’s lobby next door was open and so were several hotel lobbies around the area. We had friends staying close because we were all at a swim meet. It would have been nicer if the lobby was open.

Front desk employee was very friendly and accommodating. Overall very clean. Quite a few crumbs in couch when we opened it up to sleep. Other than that clean and comfortable!

I enjoyed the space of the 2 bedroom suite. It was clear that the room had not been cleaned properly. It wasn’t vacuumed and the pull out couch hadn’t been cleaned. There was food all under the pillows! There was no bedding for the pull out (my son slept on top of it with the sheets that I had to go down to the front desk to get!!! It was too dirty to pull out.) Other than that, we enjoyed our space. The pool was cold for an indoor pool. Please add some heat to it.

Based on my experience, I would definitely stay here again! My room was spacious and clean. I forgot that I had booked a suite but i have to say I really enjoyed the extra space as well as having a kitchen area in the room. The fitness area and pool were great. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. The only minor issue was that my bed had no blanket or duvet on it, just a sheet and a thin decorative coverlet - not warm! But I called the front desk and they brought a cozy fleece blanket to my room within minutes. 🙂

It was a nice place over all i always go there but this time not so good. I always go there never have any problems but bugs in the drawer with the silverware i was very very mad then i told front desk but because i booked on hotels its 3rd party nothing they can do i just find a new chain

This stay was my first hotel stay since the pandemic started. The stay went well and i was happy to have a kitchen to make my breakfast rather than worry about exposure at resteraunts.

All was good during my stay.

Very clean, comfortable beds. Breakfast bag was a nice touch
