The best thing is the location and price . The worse thing is the wifi . I needed to work from my room and i couldn’t always get strong enough wifi for Zoom meetings . The evening shift staff was great . The day time staff at front desk was great sometimes but not helpful at others . The manager was wonderful but they need to train some of their day staff to be more polite . I have stayed here for a month waiting for my new job to start in another country . So as a long term stay client I have come to know the property very well . Pool and service was great . I felt very safe from Covid19. The hotel takes it very serious which is important to everyone right now . I will definitely stay here again . I just wish they would get better totals in the rooms for wifi and provide a mini fridge in the rooms although this could be a covid19 thing . They say it is but other staff say they just don’t have them . I stayed in a suite so I expected at least a mini fridge . The beds and room are very comfortable and the hotel is very quiet .

The location and the prices really the best things about this hotel . The hotel is very clean and the staff work very hard t abide by covid19 protocols. I feel very safe here . I would definitely stay here again .

The property is in an excellent location and at a very reasonable price for Providencia. The service can be a bit erratic depending on who you get at the front desk . And the Wifi is good in some rooms and weak in others . But overall it is a nice place to stay in a very nice area . I would recommend it for people on a budget who want to stay in San excellent area . Also the hotel is very clean and safe during this covid19 pandemic . Which was the main reason I selected a hotel in this area.

This property is clean and safe . It is in an excellent area, close to Starbucks and also close to Plaza Patria. And the price is great . The beds are comfortable. Perhaps more soundproofing in the walls but since the hotels are operating on reduced occupancy this isn’t really a problem. Will definitely stay here again.

It was quiet and clean . A good inexpensive option in a great area . Starbucks only two blocks away . Plaza Patria is close as well.

It was a quiet hotel with good service. It is in a great location , easy to get around. Near restaurants and Plaza Patria is very close. I would stay again . It is great value and affordable.
