Great fun with facilities and staff, fabulous swimming, nice food and restaurant, but the room was ok. friendly staff I did enjoy with them. Totally, we have a great time and would love to be back here next time.

Great trip. Kids club was great. My son loved the carers and really enjoyed the kids club activities. Great massage and pool.

The view over the swimming pool is nice, but the service is very slow and the tour desk lady just wants to push you to the tour which she may get the most commission which is cost top dollar and the worse boat compared with other tours. As it needs the boatman to get you in and out of the resort, it will take you a long time as you are dependent on them and they are not always there. Traveling from the resort to town will take around 30 mins with around $30 each time. The service desk lady seem to have deal with all the taxi around there, you can't really get a taxi with metre, always set price. They set it up to rips you off. Plus Double tree adadvertised as a "beach" holiday resort, but the staff on arrival told me the beach is no assessable due to the company policy. Which is totally misleading. as I choose the resort for the beach holiday!!! Very unhappy with that. Feel they just lie about what they promised to offer. The wifi is very weak and only has few TV channels at night. Food is very deal in the resort. It was totally disappointed with this trip due to the quality of the services. The first time to go to Fiji, will be the last time too.

Amazing staff, very kind people. It was an honour to meet the chefs Nilesh & Sangeeta. They both were very helpful & served delicious breakfast & dinner. They also catered to our special requests (being vegetarian) for North Indian food, Banana breads, Veg sandwiches, Veg stir-fry etc. Overall, lovely staff!

If you want a quiet place to read and chill out, this resort will do. Accommodation is excellent and outlook over ocean is OK. The resort makes no attempt to provide entertainment nor facilities outside your bure. Staff were unfailingly pleasant and helpful. Food was atrocious. A view shared by fellow travellers. In fact in forty years of travel we have never experienced worse
