Great location, close to nice restaurants and bars. Very safe area. Hotel staff very friendly and accommodating.

Staff is mostly friendly. Very friendly the morning service for the breakfast! Dinner very poor quality and mostly empty. Rezeption failed! I had to extent my stay for medical reasons, check ups after surgery.., when I talked with the Rezeption about staying longer, nobody told me about an upcoming event for more then 2 weeks. Young teenager, football or basketball, no Idea was all over the hotel. This is already a hotel what I would consider as very loud. You hear the guests next and above your room and every time when the elevator comes to your floor. So nothing for people they like to sleep early, even late, or doing at day time a nap. When this group of young sports teenagers took over, I was thinking’s I get crazy. Always all room doors open in my floor and others, a coming and going, loud movements day and night. The terrace at the 4th floor where was my room was just taken over by this guys. Food drinks and garbage everywhere and loud. Additional came a group of lady’s in for one night, like they left early, at 5 am I had the felling I’m women’s clothing store... To get on the elevator was a challenge and took forever. So before getting a nerv break down after many days and nights, I checked out earlier and went to a quiet hotel next door, what was great. So I would not recommend this hotel for people they are looking for a good night sleep, this is impossible. The Rezeption should have told me about that event, I wouldn’t have extended my stay.

Room is clean. Decorating sufficient. Breakfast is good, but you have to be there before 10 am, otherwise they charge you again, even they serve till noon. So a sleep in and rest a bit longer cost extra. Staff is very friendly. Amenities ok, missing is a fridge to cool water or juices or some snacks, because in the area are not much restaurants. The food quality in the restaurant for dinner is a bit poor and they close very early in the evening. Like the rooms are very basic and small I would recommend this hotel for short stays. Also like my room has a connection door to the room next, you hear all, I mean ALL... you also hear the noise from the other room next to you and above. Overall it is noisy, specially when your room is close to the elevator, like my room. It is my 3rd stay, but my first stay over 3 nights, so I got more sensitiv. A good sleep is impossible, but you get what you pay for, not much.

We like this hotels location and service. We feel very welcome too. Personnel is very friendly’.

Everything is good except night service for dinner or snacks they don’t have after 10:00 pm room service

First I started with the left foot ,I didn’t liked the room they give to me first then I call the front desk and they send someone with A new room key less then 3 min. So the new room they Give it to me was awesome and perfect tome So was a good and fast service and I love this hotel This is my 3rd staying time and I’ll do it again and Again. Thanks
