The resort is located on a private island and is adults only. We particularly love the site as it is on the best part of the lagoon - surrounded by pristine waters. The management and staff are extremely hospitable and get to know each and every guest. Some of the units are currently being upgraded and the grounds are pristine and lovingly cared for daily.

Overwater bungalows were amazing. This place was incredible, the staff are so kind and helpful. We will definitely be coming back here and couldnt recommend it enough

Overwater bungalows & lagoon/reef were amazing. Beautiful natural surroundings. Wasn't impressed with much else. Property amenities & facilities were below expectations. Some staff were somewhat rude & disinterested.

Same about the damage to the beach area outside the deluxe villas We had no warning of this and access then was very difficult to the water Considering the cost and what else is available in this market, i was disappointed and do not believe this was value for money

Second time visit and it even better. Premium bungalows are perfectly located with magnificent lagoon views.

We loved the private island. Our over the water bungalow was awesome. The island was beautiful and calm and peaceful. We enjoyed kayaking and paddle boarding and snorkeling. The staff members were so nice and friendly. We would love to go back!

Loved the location and view do the lagoon. Was close to great restaurants, and easy access to the airport and lagoon. Lots of equipment free to use. The bikes were nice for getting around the island.

Amazing all around. Very comfortable and the over water bungalows are worth every penny.

Excellent location and hotel. But for the price paid a full breakfast should have been included. Otherwise perfect

We stayed two nights in the regular waterfront bungalows and another two in the over water bungalows. If you can afford the upgrade, definitely do it! The rooms are much more spacious, the showers are nicer and there was a lot more privacy. We didn't particularly like that our waterfront bungalows also faced a public walkway, which meant that unless we wanted our room exposed to everyone walking by at all hour, we had to keep our blinds shut. The hotel staff was super hospitable and kind, but it felt like we had to ask for all the answers as opposed to being told what was going on. For instance, we didn't have TV service in our overwater room and it was only when we called to ask about it that we were told service didn't reach that far and they would provide an internet voucher to help accomodate. We also booked a private charter for a 1/2 day boat excursion, were told they would come directly to our rooms to pick us up at 10a only to find that we needed a ticket from the front desk (that we were not provided when we made the purchase) and that the boat captain was waiting for us by the activities but instead of coming to get us. All in all, very minor details and didn't spoil our trip in the slightest, but I'm hoping this feedback helps make the property even better as we'd love to come back!
