The view is fantastic. Is like being inside the ocean.

In room jacuzzi did not work. Air conditioning did not work. Shower tap came off in my hand. Wifi was poor. Breakfast was an overcrowded nightmare.

Staff customer service is lacking in my opinion. Get facilities other than the pool water being dirty. Pool area service is below average. Massage services were great but hard to book. Room was clean, great shower water pressure. As with most places, WiFi was horrible throughout the entire property.

Location was fantastic. Right over the water. The terrace was quite nice, the breakfast was good. Good location to avoid some of the hustle and bustle of VIna del mar. The rooms in the hotel appear a bit dated...the only problem. Maybe in need of a little remodel

It’s my third time staying here and it’s always a wonderful stay. We always enjoy the rooftop grill along with the amazing views! Very nice breakfast in the morning. Staff is helpful and friendly. The views from the rooms are breathtaking. We enjoy warm salt water pool beside the spa. You have to wear swimming caps made of nylon which is fine but they charge you for them. The price of the rooms especially when you get a superior suite should include the price of a cap, in my opinion. I booked a massage which was amazing. The only thing I would complain about is the locker room. It’s very very hot in there. The showers are right as you walk in meaning there is absolutely no privacy when someone open the door. There is no where really to get changed or ready privately. Not everyone enjoys being naked with ten other women. Also, when you arrive they should offer you at least a glass of water. For an upscale hotel and spa they should pay attention to little details like that. Overall it’s a great hotel but I would not use their spa facilities again.

An awesome view with waves crashing right outside your window. No one can see in, and you can't hear traffic. I'm pretty sure every room has the same view. I ordered two meals on the roof, and once the staff took my order, it was quick and both arrived hot. The restaurant was also good for me. Breakfast was good too. The room was large, clean, and updated. The air conditioner was very large, and yes it blows on the bed. But you were always cool, and I left the window open at night so not a problem. Wifi worked, but forced you to login again and again and again. Parking is scarce, but I walked everywhere, not like anything close has parking either. I'm glad I ignored the negative reviews. The only negative is the birds on the rocks do smell a bit.

Nice property, however the staff are shocking. For the price paid, I wouldn’t stay here again.

It's always a please to stay on this hotel. There's nothing like it.

Property has amazing views of the ocean and has a lovely sound of the sea . You can see pelicans with seagulls and it just creates a magnificent feeling. Amenities in the hotel will make you feel pampered. Only bad thing is distance to viña del mar but the area of the hotel is amazing , nice and quiet. Nothing a taxi or uber wont fix.

I paid almost 300$ for a suite with a jetted bath tub... the tub was dirty, it didnt fill up and the water was cold. Shower was cold too the water didnt get warm no matter how long you let it run.
