I had to wait 10 minutes at the check in desk before anyone showed up. I paid for a room with 2 queens for 1 adult and 2 children. There was 1 bed & they were miserable all night. I paid for 1 handicapped room. The bathroom toilet was very low & no grabbar. I was very uncomfortable & in pain every time I had to drop down.

Check in was easy. Staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in Olde Town Goleta. There are some Mexican restaurants within walking distance. The rooms are updated and the beds are super comfortable. Breakfast is included and it has lots of choices so everyone will find something pleasing to eat. Our group would definitely return to this property.

Not worth $400!

Dirty room floors, had to move rooms because we found an alive cockroach by the ice bucket, then someone walked in on us in our room. The front desk had to call us at 10:30pm to find out what our last name was because they were unsure who was in which room. Not a 400$ hotel

Convenient location and near grocery stores and gas station. Good breakfast dining space and food options. Large parking structure and free coffee and tea at the entrance and during the day. Service staff friendly. After driving for many hours, we arrived at 10:30 am to check in. I was informed by property manager that the room would be available by 12:30 pm even though check in is at 3 pm. I left the property to make some time and returned until 3:45 pm. I was informed that the room was not ready (over 3 hours after the agreed time). I had my two kids with me w mental health related disabilities so this was a very difficult and unprofessional situation. We were tired and unable to rest. The staff and manager asked me if I wanted to go to another hotel during mother's day weekend as part of the solution because I was upset. This meant driving around looking for a place when I had paid a night before a very high cost for a service that was not provided as promised. We stayed and waited.

A/C was not working. The room felt very tired and dark. It had a very musty smell. Staff was very nice.

Would stay again

Room was larger than most hotels. It was clean and very comfortable. Check-in was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Overall, enjoyed the stay and would stay again.

just under Hampton standard

Understaffed and a neglected feeling of the premises. A little below the Hampton Inn standard. just a general feeling of management not reinvesting in the upkeep. There was a freezer broken by the check in desk. The wifi was not working so no record of our reservation. no vanity mirror in the room. Clothes Iron was junk. Pillows cheap. But felt safe and breakfast was good.
