This was my 3rd time at this hotel and it will be the last one. I had a very embarrassing moment on my second night. Myself and my friend came to visit family in Brazil and we always bring 2 luggages each with things for them. Because we will be flying to other places before ending the trip in my city, Salvador, I left 2 luggages in Rio for my friend bring to me when he meets me in Salvador. that night i I left the hotel with 2 luggages to leave them in my friend's, since on the early morning next day, I will take my flight to Natal. Concierge send another staff to run after me and my friends, asking why we were leaving. asking my room number. I told him that i will come back, but he insisted to have me aswering those question. I answered and told him that I didnt like that approach on the street in front of lot of people walking by. My 3 days was already paid and credit card was on file in case of any emergency. I don't think it was a professional way to approach guest on the street. I would suggest to have staff trained with a good customer service course.

great hotel , quiet part of the beach , friendly staff , great breakfast ... only downside was the small pool, but with the beach steps away we didn’t miss much

It was a good stay. Hotel has a beach front. Breakfast could be better. Nearby everything in Copacabana beach.

The hotel has a great location. But the tool was dirty (with hair on the flor, in the bathroom :-(. ) I will look for another One of I have to go to Rio again

The rooms were nice and spacious Older bathroom but very clean Comfortable beds and lovely view All together really nice

The location is great, right in front of the world famous beach Copacabana, food, bus lines, shops all near by. But the cleanness was an issue. The bathroom was full of sand, mold, the dust from the air conditioner dropped on my head. The swimming pool is smaller than what they look like on the photos, the pool water didn’t look clean too. Only three hot food items available for breakfast, all bread and cake. Overall, it’s like a motel to me.

Nicer then other hotels on the strip but very small rooms and no view at all of anything

Needs repairs and updates as soon as possible.never again at this hotel
