Considering that Msia is still under the Covid 19 MCO, the service given by this hotel is quite satisfactory.

The worse service I ever encountered on 5 Star Hotel. Breakfast need to que approximately an hour for the table and the reason given is not enough seats during Covid-19 but what about the ballroom or what ever place? Send to the room is a no no because short handed, only options is stand there and que like begging for food. I was there at 9.30am and by the time my turn don’t know will I ever get my breakfast on time or they are going to close. Spoiled my day. Thanks One World Hotel😡

Amazing service

Overall a good first experience staying here. A huge mall is connected which is very convenient for us. Good spread during breakfast as well. One thing to highlight was the efficient and helpful service by hotel staff, Ms Jasmine, who assisted us to make last minute adjustment to the room booking. Many thanks to Ms. Jasmine for her assistance.

only thing i did not like is expedia cxollecting taxes illegallyin canada. gvt does not tax foreign transactions.

First time stay at One World and absolutely lived it. The buffet breakfast was diverse and delicious. The staff friendly and very helpful. We had a deluxe twin room which was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and firm, which suited my back. Hotel is annexed to the mall which made the stay convenient for exploring the many dining and shopping options. Our stay was only two nights. Wished it was longer! Would definitely stay at this wonderful hotel again. Five stars 👍
