The AC was a joke. Monterrey is an extremely hot City and the air conditioner didn’t work. After repeated complaints the hotel offered to switch us rooms but the new room was the same. Will not be staying at this property ever again.

I am disappointed because I book for a king size bed, and when I got there they told me that they only had a room with double beds. I dint find the bathroom clean as it should be, the rooms didn’t had a coffe maker so no coffe if you drink one before bed time, had to walk across the stree to buy one at the gas station. Don’t get me wrong the staff was excellent, I am talking about the room so I decided to check out and book another hotel while my visit in Mexico.

I usually need an early check-in whenever I travel, which honestly I just use it to change my clothes and put on makeup to go out all day. It was unpleasant to arrive early and get a room denied supposedly because they were fully booked. The attitude of the receptionist was not up to the standard of the hotel chain and not empathetic at all. I checked room availability online and discovered the full booked excuse was a lie. I would only go back because when I gave my comments to the supervisor, they gave me an earlier room, which I only used to drop my bag because I had already changed in the bathroom, and because when I came back at night they had left a nice plate with some fruit in my room. Usually customer attention is great, maybe this receptionist was new.

It was good

I love the location of this hotel. It is near Fundidora park, many great restaurants are nearby and it is convenient to many major roads and highways. The rooms are nice and well kept. The food is excellent. The breakfast is amazing. Their omelet chef will make anything and it is always authentic and traditional. The best thing about Fiesta Inn Fundidora is the people and staff. They always treat me like family and that is why I continue to return to this hotel every time I am in Monterrey.

This time I have to say that management at Fiesta Inn provided a services beyond my expectation. A situation created by an email from hotels.com lack of clarity was resolving by their management team at Restaurant and Alexander at front desk. I want to recognize that Fiesta Inn has become one of my favorites franchise to stay in Mexico.This time hotels.com gold team was extremely unprofessional.
