Excellent: we will visit again

Excellent hotel The facilities are great and the service is fantastic. We loved our cabin and the staff were very helpful. If you have a massage ask for Lulu, she is excellent. We travelled with my 2 you g children. The only I would say is the pool isn’t heated so it can be a bit cold and the playground is a little old. We will visit again soon!

I think this property has a lot of really good things but something that is really off actually I cannot believe this is happening when you go to archery, the drainage of the hotel it is open so you are inhaling and you are so close so vomit, I just cannot believe this is happening in this property something must be done

Hotel en el bosque

El hotel y su ubicación son increíbles. Perfecto para ir a descansar, aunque tiene muchas actividades (hay que pedirlas al momento de llegar). Lo único que se quedó corto fue la comida, muchas veces llegó fría o sin gran sabor.

El hermoso hotel estaba escondido en el bosque a 25 minutos del centro. Era muy tranquilo, la comida era excelente, todo el personal era muy amable y atento. Los actividades eran muy divertidos. También hay 2 ubicaciones en el centro de llaman Cinco y Casa. Los dos tienen restaurantes y Cinco tiene una terraza para ver el atardecer. Disfruté mi tiempo al Hotel Rodavento y definidamente lo regresaré!

Incredible retreat away from CDMX

This was such a fantastic stay, I didn't want to leave. The hotel is in itself beautiful, a few miles away from the center of Valle de Bravo, set in its own forest and surrounding a small lake. The dining hall is the center of it all, and the food is truly fantastic, even though there is a limited menu. We were there for 2 days and got some much needed sleep in the wonderful cabins; it's completely quiet outside and the beds are really comfortable. The spa is the most serene experience I've had: the treatments are done in private cabins that are perched along a babbling brook, with classical piano playing along to the sound of the water. There is also a relaxing area with 3 different temperate pools, a sauna, and the most beautiful steam room I've ever had the pleasure of being in. One thing of note: there are no TVs in the rooms, so if you're a junkie like us, bring your laptop. Wifi is pretty decent for streaming shows. So happy we stayed here, worth every penny and we will definitely be back.

Excelente lugar para estar en contacto con la naturaleza y desconectarse. El Spa que recién remodelado está increíble. Mis únicas recomendaciones es que amplíen el menú con más opciones para vegetarianos, inclusive veganos (solo hay ensalada de quinoa y un pescado). Reforzar su cobertura de internet, solo funciona bien en recepción y restaurante. No funciona en las habitaciones.
