Great service. Big rooms. Great location especially for business

This is a good property overall. Rooms are big, clean, good amenities, staff is very friendly, breakfast is very good, location is unbeatable, but Internet... wow... no words for how excruciatingly slow it is. To the point that it’s hard to get things done. Even a simple e-mail can take 1-2 minutes to leave the outbox. This is completely unacceptable for a business traveler, to be honest. I hope they take this comment in a good light, because it is pretty much the only thing that is not at par with everything else.

Exceptionally terrific experience. The hotel had great amenities, even a kitchen in our room, and it was quiet, clean and comfortable. The hotel staff were amazing and provided excellent service. The location was close to restaurants and the Metro. Could not have imagined a better experience!

Great location and room. The breakfast could be improved- better breads, vegetables and fresh pastries. The gym was a disappointment. Also on arrival it would be nicer to be welcomed by a smile at the reception desk!

Wonderful hotel. Be aware that Santiago parties late into the early morning, so you may hear much celebrating in your room.
