The best view in all of Sicily! Could not recommend this gem more. Wish I had booked more nights.

Great view!

Everything was exceptional except the bed. It was possibly the firmest bed I have ever slept on. The walls are also paper thin and you hear everything. The view and location though is unbelievably awesome and the price was great! The staff was also very helpful. Great breakfast of cereals, yogurt, fruit, croissants and coffee.

Splendid view from balcony. Slept with doors open as there is no air-conditioning. Hotel is generally in decline but I would stay there again to enjoy the view.

Awesome atmosphere, splendid location and staff

The hotel is situated on one of the best possible points of the mountain. The atmosphere is very relaxing and timeless. The staff is very helpful and strives the best to render one's stay as good as possible. The food is genuine as well. The area is very safe and people are very friendly and helpful. A great option for a tourists who seek culture, nature and the greatness within the simplicity of life. No surprise that the mountain is named 'The mountain of God' Peace reigns over there.

Great location

First appearances can be deceiving. The hotel is comfortable, spacious and the accommodation is good. Make sure you have a room with a view of the sea and landscape as this is spectacular. Good parking and very close to the centre.

Very Nice Pilgrimage Hotel in Historic Center

We were very happy with this hotel & its staff. It was touch & go when we arrived. There was no parking nearby because the town was overflowing with tourists & pilgrims. It was also a Saturday evening! Finally, the clerk had us park behind other cars by the hotel (blocking them in) & taking our key for any needed emergency. Later we found our car parked in a spot nearby. The breakfast was also more than adequate with lots of fresh 'croissants' as well as bread, jams, cornflakes, etc. An Italian pilgrim group was also staying at the hotel & it was nice sharing tales with them. A quiet group. Erice itself is enchanting & the hotel staff pointed us to a very nice restaurant nearby which we'd also recommend = La Pentolaccia.

Amazing view from balcony but thats about it.

By far the best "value for money" hotel in our trip. The view from the balcony left us speechless. About the hotel itself, there isn't an air condition in the room and it takes time to the water in the toilet to refill. So to sum up, the view is amazing but do expect the amenity of a real hotel.

close to all must-see sights, central location

Considering it is a 2-star hotel one cannot expct much, however, breakfast is extremely poor. There is no TV in the room. Otherwise, the room is clean, one can enjoy unique views from the balcony, the staff is quite helpful and the location is very central.

Decent hotel with stunning view

We stayed here for 1 night in October 2014. The hotel was cheap and very quiet and the view from our balcony was outstanding. They balconies are only on one side of the hotel and the rooms cost slightly more on that side but are worth it. The hotel itself is a little dated and has a bit of wear and tear but for a short stay on a budget it is ideal. the location is superb.
