Room smelled musty, moldy

Older family rooms. Smelled musty, the beds were small. More expensive than other hotels near by. The bottom fell out of the chair in the room when my toddler stood on it. Upon inspection there was nothing holding it together.

Room wasn’t clean. No tv, no coffee cups and never delivered likes they said they would. Found empty bottles in my room, candy on floor, snot on walls in kids room.

The fan on the heat/air unit needs an option of staying on instead of shutting off. The sound of it shutting off and on wakes you up.

Highly recommend!

I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The water park is clean and super fun! The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The themed rooms were such a fun surprise for the kids! Having pizza connected to the water park was super convenient!

You have to pay addition to use the water-playstructure and waterslide. I knew that only by calling the hotel directly (i also knew it from previous stays). There is an option to buy a 4 person pass that comes with 4 waterpark wristbands and 4 breakfast buffet vouchers for $20 usd. So heres why this last stay was not great. -check in. Check in is suppposed to be at 4pm. But my family and a bunch of other families were waiting for rooms to be ready past 5pm. That was not ideal, especially traveling with small children. -closures. At no time were we told of pool closures. We bought the wristband pack and due to our very late check in, only got to enjoy the pool a couple hours the first day. The next day to our surprise the slide, playstructure, and hot tub were all closed. -breakfast. We bought the wristband/breakfast buffet pack. But when i did so, there was no mention of there being no breakfast buffet the next day. So we went for breakfast and were told each voucher got us a certain dollar amount of credit. But almost nothing on the menu is at or below the credit amount. So we had to pay additional. -cleanliness. Usually not an issue in previous visits, but this time it was. Our room wasnt cleaned well at all. From missing items in the bathroom, socks and underwear left in the room by a previous guest. And what i assume were bloody boogers wiped on the wall in the bunk bed room. All in all a pretty bad experience this last time and honestly dont know if id come back.

Booked specifically for the waterslides only to get there and find them closed. No option to cancel at that time. The lazy river was broken, hot tub broken, pool towels stained. Put in the very old princess themed room which overlooks the restraunt so very bright and noisy in the room, on top of the roaring AC unit. TV in the kids area broken. Would just reccomend booking somewhere cheaper if the waterslides aren't on... but good luck firguring that out before you go, website very old and confusing.

Pent House floor hallway smelled of smoke the entire time we were here. Thank goodness it didn’t smell in the rooms but not a pleasant smell coming off the elevator. My sister in laws were on floor 5 and 11, and there was no smoke smell on their floors.
