They were updating so we were understanding of that. We found a dead bug in the bathroom but I was more disappointed that there was not a Bible in the room. It was perfectly located within walking distance to everything.

Was horrible. Check in was delayed by HOURS they should of set expectations. The staff made it very clear they could not hire help said they never get a break. The room was clean but nothing extra couldn’t even order room service. Bar downstairs was closed cannot even pick something up to bring to the room. The worst was a whole check in process

Don’t do it.

Worst experience we have ever had at a hotel. Arrived early and went to see if we could check in. Rooms weren’t ready, which was fine. Check in wasn’t until 3 so we let them know we would be back after lunch. At three we valet parked and got all our luggage only to find out rooms still weren’t ready and they couldn’t hold our luggage. We were told they’d be ready in half an hour. By four, STILL not ready. I called corporate, who called hotel, and hotel told them they were finishing up. Corporate said a manager would contact us about our issue. By 430 ONE room was ready. After two hours in our lobby they finally gave us keys to second room, on a different floor, and half the size of the other room even though I booked two of the same rooms that were supposed to be together. Get to our room, no soaps or cups for coffee. Insanely hard bed. Laid down for an hour before going out only to discover they were remodeling the room next door. All we could hear was drills and saws being ran until we finally decided to leave the room and go out. Pool was green, couldn’t even sit on pool deck, bar was closed, and staff was less than helpful. Still never got a return call from the manager, or any refund for the fact that we couldn’t use a room for a chunk of the time that we paid for it.

Good, just ask for a room far from the renovations

Great location, staff was super nice, and accommodating. There was construction in the rooms around me, so while I was trying to work I would be hearing drilling noises. They should avoid putting guests in the room right next to the one that is being renovated. And the room was clean enough, but not spotless. Sticky floors, smelly shower curtain, garbage on the floor. But the items that really mattered were clean.

Nice but don’t stay if you are allergic to dogs!

Great location, clean and very comfortable bed. BUT multiple dogs barking all hours and being I am allergic to dogs this made for a horrible stay. I was sick the whole time. Not to mention being woke up by dogs barking and crying because they were alone in the hotel room while their owners where off doing stuff. Really need to designate a floor to just people with dogs.

house keeping needs to do a better job

Our room was not that clean. I shouldn’t have to take Lysol wipes and clean things especially during a pandemic.

Excellent/Close to everything

Very friendly staff! We loved that it was in the center of everything to do, and the fact that it was dog friendly! We will definitely come back :)

29th Anniversary

It was really nice. The bathroom could have used some work in our room but it was still very clean. The staff was amazing. 30.00 a day for parking is a bit expensive for what you are paying for your room. There should be some kind of package deal. Breakfast would be nice as well. Cleanliness was great, very clean. Housekeeping was good as well.
