Our check in was long and slow and they confused our reservation. After an hour waiting in the lobby for them to clear up that we did indeed have a room (we had the printed receipts to prove we had booked) and no smiles or apologies, we were finally given a key to our room, which we were promised ocean view (our online confirmation showed that we had indeed paid for ocean view) to a room that was NOT an ocean view. The room smelled like mold and every time we entered the room we cringed from the smell. We tried repeatedly to call the front desk.... we never got them to answer the phone. It was frustrating and smelly and made us very u happy.

For price charged, I expected a bit better service.

The service wasn’t bad. There were cleanliness issues in both rooms I stayed in - a dirty toilet in the first and sand in the sheets in the second. The grounds are nice and well-maintained. I only had one meal at the hotel (breakfast), but it was good.

Very chill. Great pools - lots of options for families. Good options for shade. Convenient set up and great beach.

Poor communication with staff regarding an issue regarding our room where a pipe was leaking and flooding the carpet. We were forced to change rooms 3 times in 3 days. We spent more time having to come back and change rooms versus enjoying our vacation. Staff didn’t seem to care about the inconvenience.

The perfect vacation for our family of 4. Both our kids (1 & 4) loved all the pools and kids activities. It is close to the beach and snorkeling. The free shuttles were very convenient for getting around and checking out the other resorts.

Nice location. Rooms fairly small (island kitchenette. Staying in the resort view rooms was a bit noisy in that music was turned on throughout the exterior pool areas at 7 am every day. Pleasant facility but needs some highlife shows/activities. Great shuttle service between sister hotels and shops

I had trouble paying because I had not warned my credit union ahead of time - the stay was over my daily limit. This could have been prevented by charging a portion ahead of time or warning me I might need to do this - or splitting payments among cards- the person seemed unable to handle this or make suggestions. And when I called my credit union, the call kept failing. That was a very stressful way to start. The rest of our stay was awesome - the valet workers stand out, the concierge was helpful, the room was cleaned and replenished daily and workers were service-oriented. The beach was awesome by the hotel once we understood the towel process (I guess the stressful checkin caused us to not get that info at first). We could go right in and eventually saw two turtles in the ocean and many fish right away!! I thought I had booked oceanfront, but we had a partial view. I didn’t have the will to address this after our stressful checkin. It was still beautiful. There were birds chirping everywhere. We will definitely return soon and mostly absolutely loved it here!!
