Our stay was overall good. The main area when you first walk in is beautiful and has a lot of character. The rooms were a little dated but overall clean. The only issue was that our shower was not draining properly and would pool at our feet.

This place is very dirty. We unfortunately couldn’t leave and stay somewhere else because it was passed the refund policy. Our toilet broke and was overflowing. The front desk person brought towels in to clean up the mess and left the towels on the floor. This happened two times. No new room was offered. This place looks beautiful from the pictures. It is no where near what the pictures show. The breakfast the offer you is disgusting. Very disappointed

Fun easy little trip, went snowmobiling near by had a pool and hot tub, place could use an update but overall it was really good value

I have come here plenty of times in my life because it is near home but feels like a getaway. They have a lovely pool and hot tub and a cute koi fish pond with 2 turtles near the Garden Court restaurant. I came last night by myself for a much-needed mental break and the kind gentleman at the desk, Keith, was extremely helpful and friendly to chat with. I wanted to enjoy some alone time in the hot tub, and since it closes at 10, I waited until close to 10, but when I got down there, there were a few young adults drinking and listening to obnoxious music which is all fine and dandy, I could have blocked that out, I'm not a fun sucker, but then they tossing their waterproof Bluetooth speaker back and forth between the pool and the hot tub and hit me with it. I already was in a bad mood so I simply got up and walked out of there and went and talked with Keith, he was apologetic even though it was not his fault, and told me to speak with mustache that was on in the morning to see if I can stay a little later without being charged a late check-out fee, and they nicely agreed to give me an extra hour and a half. Hoping to get a little relaxation in the hot tub this morning! Overall my stay was good, Keith had upgraded my room to a superior Suite with a king size bed, massage chair, and fireplace when I arrived. My room is cozy and clean, definitely recommend staying here. Also, if you are not from the area, there is plenty of shopping and restaurants right near the hotel.

Room assigned to me was as far from the lobby as you could possibly get. On site restaurant was closed for all meals except breakfast. Complimentary breakfast of eggs, biscuits with sausage gravy and home fries was served at room temp (not hot) and biscuits were stale. Bathroom is tiny-when you stand at the sink your leg touches the toilet. Every time I went in or out of the building (using different entrances) there was someone standing outside the door smoking. Had to walk through a cloud of smoke.

Beautiful Christmas decorations, spacious room, good breakfast. Just a great stay

Employees were very helpful espeacially Kieth will stay again

It was great and would love another stay here.

The property was tastefully decorated, quiet and had really great atmosphere.
