Beds were super comfy and the location was an easy on and off from 84. However, the shower took over 30 min to even become luke warm. Semi truck drivers that should have been across the street at the truck stop were parked directly under our window with their truck running for hours. Finally at midnight we called to complain. Took them another 30 minutes to turn off their engines and then they turned them back on. The outlets in the bathroom also didnt work.

Cold and unsafe elevator

Negatives: elevator did not work properly, cold water, noisy 1st floor, and pool was out of order most of Saturday. We were visiting my oldest son who is doing a co-op with a nearby aerospace company in Cheshire and decided to stay 1 night over the President’s Day weekend. Staff was polite and friendly which was the only good thing about the hotel. After getting caught in a snow squall while hiking I looked forward to a hot shower but unfortunately the water was freezing cold. My sons had hoped to go swimming but the pool was out of order for most of the day. We needed to wash our muddy clothes from the hike to use the next day but the elevator would not open when we were on it so we ended up taking the stairs to the 3rd floor since washer/dryer is located there. Overall, I will not be staying here again despite the convenience of it being close to my son’s apartment. There was nothing wonderful about this place and simple expectations from a hotel were not met. I will be calling corporate to get at least some credit for our stay.

Room was ok, missing soap in the bathrooms. No hot water to shower in the morning. Staff was nice enough and did not chatge us for coffee.

Their smoking was horrible it smelled like pot, I smelled in the elevator, the hallway it came in my room very upset. We did like the breakfast

Never again will I stay here. Keys didn’t work, had to be let in by hotel staff, no soap,no blow drier, no extra blanket and the room was freezing. Wanted to make tea but no cups in the room. Tried to call front desk but phone didn’t work. The desk attendant (Angel M) was BEYOND rude and disrespectful. Then to top it off there was a dog tied to the door handle of a room and he came at me. This was all within 12 hours. I was supposed to stay 5 nights, I stayed one night and checked out. Awaiting refund which I was told was taken care of (by Angel H, who was very nice) but Expedia still says they can’t reach the hotel. The whole experience was awful and I’ll never stay at this hotel again.
