The staff was very friendly and helpful, but the place was not what I was expecting. My biggest disappointment was the beach. You cannot swim in the water in front of the hotel as there are boats anchored there. Also you can't walk to along the beach there because there are rocks. You have to walk to the street and down a couple of blocks to get to the beach. Even though we had a one bedroom unit, it still felt like a hotel room in that it was small and cramped. The hotel is in a great location though. It is very close to 5th Ave and all the restaurants and bars.

Beautiful view on the beach, great staff, one of the few boutique hotels left on the beach. Have stayed here many times and love it!

The hotel was just okay. The view was great but the beach was quite small and the parking was crazy. The bed and pillows were terrible. It was nice that you could order breakfast for an extra charge to be delivered to your room, but would be nice to have more options. Overall, it was just okay and probably wouldn't have to stay there again.

The staff was great. Hotel a little old and a bit rough. The beach is exactly what you see on the live feed. Check in and out was easy and quick, the concierge was very helpful, even to the point to walk me to my pick up point for my trip. The only complaint is that I did not get the advertised breakfast and even on the day I texted the staff to order a larger breakfast nothing showed up. Other than that the location and service were great.

Decent quality for the price. Close to everything. Staff was nice. I'd stay again.

We checked into our room and checked lut 30 mins later. No AC No hot water Room smelled like mildew Sheets where dirty and looked like there where bed bugs Drunk man tried to walk into uour room while my wife was changing Ill be demanding a refund

Problem with water pressure and hot water for two nights. Nothing offered for inconvenience
