Pic shows 4 star in person not even -1 star

Room smelled like humid rom dirty bed was dirty wasnt even clean to sit on bed would never sleep on a bed like that. Cancelled my 2 day stay right away. If i stayed i would have to buy a blanket and a pillow. And even like that wouldnt sleep. Never recommend they eed to remodel

The only good thing about this property was the location. Other than that, it was a bad experience at this hotel. I wouldn’t recommend it at all.

I liked that the staff was very friendly. But what i didn't like is that my room was very dark and it had little light and the only way to lower the Air Conditioning is to completely turn it off there was no control pannel for it.

Muy sucio, al momento de checar entrada la recepcionista solicito revisar las habitaciones y confirmaron q estaban limpias. ... No fue así. Al entrar encontramos una botella vacia de agua atrás de la puerta del baño, una envoltura de jabón en la regadera A la mañana siguiente nos dimos cuenta ya con luz de día, que la colcha tenía manchas de fluidos y las sábanas manchadas de chocolate, envoltura de chocolate atrás del buro, un condón , mugre y tierra detrás de burles y un chicle pegado....entre otras fallas en el cuarto que les reporte.

There’s not much to like about this hotel! First of all, you better take your own iron if you want to iron your clothes, because they’ll lend you one for only 40 minutes and you have to pick it up the reception! 2nd, that room I stayed in was literally crumbling. The walls by the windows by the pool are crumbling down! There’s a gap under the main door where the bugs come in through! You only get two pillows thinner than A tortilla! The sheets on the bed were dirty and weren’t even changed daily! There’s only one blanket. There’s no safe! The breakfast was awful and the waiter greeted me with a “come on in help yourself because I’m busy eating!”, he was literally eating while greeting people! The cook was on the floor sitting and using his phone! It was just a bad experience! The room door wouldn’t lock at times when I’d step out! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone! I was in Guadalajara before for the 1st time and the other hotel was more classy and for the same price! I’d give this hotel a -5 stars If I could!
