Walking distance to stores and food, and their in house bar and restaurant served delicious and freshly made meals.

Nice hotel, it is perfect for low budget / park and ride, just outside of the luas stop, staff were great room was nice and clean

The hotel is in a pedestrian zone, therefore noise was not a problem. There may be a problem for handicapped guests, because of the pedestrian area a taxi cannot get to within 100m of the entrance. The Breakfast was excellent.

Came to Ireland to visit a friend and chose this hotel on the strength of other reviews. Unfortunately the room we stayed in had a few maintenence issues. The bedside lamps had in-line rocker switches that were so loose they wouldn't stay in either on or off position which made them arc and the lights flicker. An attempt was clearly made by staff to hide this issue by wedging the switches between the bedside table and the wall. Another issue was the back of the plug on the iron was so loose and almost coming off. This is very bad, especially for a family room as a small child could easily put their fingers into this. If you like rock hard beds you'll love these. Unfortunately these were not to my liking and we ended up staying at my friend's apartment on blow-up beds which were way more comfortable. On the plus side, the staff were very friendly and helpful and the bathroom was a very generous size and the main room was very spacious. If the bedside lights and iron plug were repaired I could easily overlook the comfort of the beds. I'm just glad I booked this hotel using free nights from hotels.com.

Great location and convenience. Friendly staff. Only downside is the rumble and noise from the Luas tram that runs late into the night. Perhaps other rooms are better? TVs are ratger small for the room size. Breakfast is good quality. covered Parking facility.

I enjoy my stay,i realizied the hotel is close to lightrail/train/bus line which made it eazy to navigate the city.
