I would have loved to stay here but Hotel Terra called me the morning of our arrival and informed me that even though I had booked several months in advance and paid in advance, they didn't have room for us and were relocating us to their sister hotel. Which was perfectly fine but wasn't where our friends who we were traveling with were staying. Surely I was not the last person to book but yet I was the first to be kicked out due to "sold out" circumstances. And I wasn't given a choice or any accommodation other than "you can move back over here tomorrow" which is a serious hassle for a weekend trip. I wouldn't dare book here again in the event this happened again.

Fantastic hotel and staff couldnt have been more professional or courteous.

3 day couple vacation..rooms on the smaller side, but facilities and staff were 5 star. parking lot is small, so that can be an issue during busier months. overall 4.5 stars. would definitely return.

Parking is a real issue here. If you go out to dinner, it is probable that there will not be a self-service parking spot when you return. They will comp valet parking, but you then have to deal with the inconvenience (in my opinion) of that. The rooms are very nice and comfortable. However, there is a lot of merchandising going on - too much. When you check in there is a stuffed bear for sale, there is bottled water for sale at each night stand plus at the bar, there is a water bottle for sale, on top of that there is a mini bar setup. Very nice hotel, very accommodating staff, but I am not sure that is worth the price.

I would sugest newer towels
