The location was excelent the property was nice and cleaned

The clerk gave me a terrible dirty room with a broken air conditioner and window. She kept sending the repairman instead of giving me a new room. She finally did give me something better when I told her I would be writing a review on hoteles.com. This is definitely not a 3 star hotel in cleanliness or service.

Great place to stay close to many attractions. Friendly staff and great for families.

I only stayed for 1 night but it was value for money. It had bedroom and living room. The only minus point was no Wifi coverage in the room. the food in the restoraunt was delicious with reasonable price. I will absolutely stay at the hotel if I come again to Boca del Rio, Veracruz

Great deal for the price and location but since we had our pet dog with us, they gave us a room right on the main beach boulevard and the road noise was unbearable and unending throughout the entire night. I didn't sleep at all that night. If we were in a room off of the highway, it would have been fine.

It was great, good location, right on the beach. Walking distance to Playa Mocambo and a bunch of Seafood restaurants. Also about 10 yards away from a Papa Johns pizza.

Bug infested beds as part of very unclean rooms;staff blames these deplorable conditions on the pest control service/

Conveniently located and very affordable, this motel is good value for money. Rooms are big and confortable, wifi is good and the pool area is nice. We didn't take breakfast so can't review it, but their service is good, I asked a coffee in the room and got it quickly. A proper chair instead of a stool would be a nice little addition. My room was a bit noisy due to a road behind this part of the motel, it didn't bother me but make sure to check the location of your room if you are sensitive to noise.
