Friendly and nice atmosphere, service-minded staff and comfy rooms. Minus that it was not clearly stated that snacks and drink on the desk were not complimentary, but other than that we really enjoyed our stay.

A 3 stars Hotel and not 4!

Too small rooms without a wardrobe, bad breakfast (bread was too old and not fresh). Hotel has not a parking, just a small parking underground that is always full and is on payment. Spa was full on Saturday because it was all book for a company. No bathroom kit. A low quality iron in the room which damaged my cloths :(

Dammigt på rummet, uttag som ej fungerade så en lampa gick inte att tända därav mörkt i stor del av rummet. Ringde roomservice 4 ggr, de svarade endast en gång då vid midnatt. Gick ner till receptionen direkt efter samtalet men fick vänta på att någon skulle dyka upp. 3 av 4 hissar ur funktion. Fick gå upp och ner till 7e våningen. Alldeles för mycket folk vid frukosten med tanke på dagens restriktioner.

No good if you’re out for a pool and good service

We came here mainly because of the rooftop pool with a view of the city and to be able to enjoy what Stockholm had to offer. It started out in a very disappointing fashion when we were told that the pool was only open for kids between noon and 3pm and since check-in is 3pm and check-out for us was noon the day after, we were not going to be able to swim. Another thing to notice is that entry is an extra 20-30€ per person. It does give you access to the Spa, but we would not have had any use of it. The disappointment continued when I realised that the bar, lounge and café was closed and no staff to be found. How is this possible? This is a cost-cutting measure found in a lot of places in Sweden, but this is a major brand hotel right in the centre of the capitol. Not acceptable. Had to run out to get myself a proper coffee. Lastly, the room had a nice view but was in dire need of refurbishment, particularly the floor which was scratched up all over. Customer service was mediocre, no one in the staff was speaking more than absolutely necessary. The bar closed at 9pm and we were told by a nonchalant bartender we had to leave while i was sipping on my half full G&T I just paid for. All in all, I would stay clear of this hotel in the future.

New hotel but room not clean

+ The hotel is modern and new, comfortable beds and good room size. Bathroom is really modern and fresh. -the room was not clean. Found dust and hair everywhere even in the shower.

The room was dirty. I’ve stayed in cheeper hotels that were much cleaner. Bathtub drainage was clogged, floors with stains.

Ok stay at Clariom

The windows in tbe room have a view on some office space. Breakfast was ok but really nothing special. Staff was doing the minimum and poor measures to fight covid. The room was clean and the premises are quite modern though. I was certainly expecting better.

What a view!

Lovely hotel and massive room. Plugs were a little tired and room hadn’t been cleaned in full detail and we were missing a dressing gown but one was brought to us as soon as we called reception, super helpful and friendly staff. We had a great stay and were super happy.

Good location

The hotel was very nice, clean and all staff encountered were very nice. there was a great selection for breakfast. the Bed however, booked for double bed but it was two separate beds were was not completely comfortable to sleep as a couple.We booked the hotel especially for the option of the Pool but we were charge €75 to use for 3 hours which i though was expensive this should be free for hotel guests

Good city centre location

What you would expect from a large high class busy city centre hotel. Good location for exploring the city, small pool on roof (extra charge) and very extensive breakfast choices. It suited our purposes. Close to station/bus station so easy to get to and from airport. Qwirky lifts give you your choice of music, if you are prepared to wait! My wife was fussy in her choice!
