My grandson and I make an annual visit to Lexington for a UK football game. We have stayed at this hotel for the last 2 years and are extremely pleased with the service and accommodations. Especially considering the Covid-19 scenario, we couldn't be happier.

The air conditioning and heating unit

Had room booked for 2 nights, upon arrival room told room type we had booked unavailable so had to take only room they had available & switch the following day, an inconvenience for our schedule & very little empathy offered by desk clerks. Overall, the hotel was nice.

Clean room comfortable bed

Our stay was pretty good. Care was taken for covid precautions. I never felt unsafe. We had an early morning dr appointment the followong day. The hotel is super close to the KY clinic.

Access to the facilities and amenities were limited due to the COVID-19 situation, but the hotel personnel should have informed better of the alternatives. I was not aware that the rooms were not going to be clean until I left, and there was no alternative to the included breakfast that was not offered for the same reason.

We enjoyed our stay while moving our daughter in to her first year at UK. The hotel is very close to the University, but away from all the traffic. We plan to use this hotel each time we visit!

Was very clean and comfortable for our family of 5 and very close to the UK campus and everything else!

We were returning a student to Univ of Kentucky who has a serv dog and wasn't allowed to stay here. Nothing is in there regs that says they don't except serv dogs We have reported them to HUD. But, we had to find a place for him to stay while and paid for an extra person

They did a great job dealing with mask requirements and social distancing. There was no one at the front desk when I left but I had already received my bill so it wasn't a problem
