Staff was very friendly making our stay very good. Also a very good breakfast

The front desk staff and bar/restaurant staff were very friendly and efficient, and the food was good for the price. The elevator foyer on the 4th floor had a hand sanitizer station that was empty. The room itself, a pet room, was not as clean as I expected with a hair on the toilet seat area and a dark stain on the carpet that looked like a doggie accident had occurred. The faux leather chair looked like a dog had chewed much of the covering off the chair seat and arm rest ends. The window a/c unit was noisy and the fan ran continually even at the set temperature, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Clean and safe - took several minutes for hot water to get to 4th floor, but it did arrive. Staff helpful and friendly.

We have stayed here before, and have had favorable experiences. Our problem this time was that there was no hot water. We called the front desk, and the problem was resolved within 10-15 minutes. After a long day of traveling, a delay in having a shower is an issue

This holiday inn was way more than we were expecting being right off I-95. We paid more than other hotel rates in the same area , but it was definitely worth it! We checked in late since we were on the road and they gave me extended check out when I asked for a little bit more time. Front desk very nice guy and quick to give us a room. I traveled with my 2 kids and 2 pets . Beds were comfortable, spacious room and everything was very clean.

This is a pet friendly hotel so if you don’t have a pet and require this service, I would not recommend staying here. My room smelled like dog and there was dry dog food scattered all over the floor in the hallway outside my room. There was a leak in the ceiling outside the elevator and the floor was wet and slippery. The toilets flushed very slowly and the water was always yellow. I brushed my teeth with bottled water which I had to pay for.
