Worst hotel stay ever! Our vehicle was stolen overnight from in front of our hotel. Staff was rude. Instead of making things better, they made things worst. She even asked if we were sure if we left it there and if maybe we didn’t make a payment. We are a family just trying to have a nice weekend in these crazy times. She refused to make even try to make things better because as she said “you booked 3rd party-we can’t help you with anything.” We will never be here ever again. If you don’t want a nightmare, never come here. By the way, our van and everything we own is fully paid off otherwise we wouldn’t of been trying to stay at a “nice, safe” hotel during COVID. I always though Holiday in was a nice hotel chain until this stay. In case you are wondering, we paid approx. $150.00. If you get your vehicle stolen and police have it towed, the towing company they use will charge you $575.36 CASH ONLY for police tows and has to be exact, they don’t make change (not a COVID policy).

The whirlpool was excellent but the curtains were to shear. Yhe light from the sign outside kimd of disturbed my sleep.

I love the room was very nice and spacey, has candy on side of bed but other than that everything was great

Very nice and clean, easy process as far as checking in no problems at all.

We received towels that had stains on them, and didn't find out until it was being used. I had to take another shower to make sure. I would have never thought that this would be possible at a Holiday Inn.

Hotel was under construction which made things somewhat inconvenient.

Nice. But didn’t sleep good unable to block the light for the street light out side my window. And the no sit down area due to remodeling.

The stay at the hotel was fine, the persons that clean the rooms were very helpful, the only thing i didnt like was this same young lady was sitting outside every time we were coming out to leave as if she was waiting on something or someone ,other than that i would book there again.

I went there to relax and when it came time to pay for my room I couldn’t use my card because I didn’t have a chip and I called ahead and no one told me before I paid that I couldn’t use my card because I don’t have a chip I would never go back there again.

The rate was ridiculous. I understand due to Covid all of the amenities were closed however the rate reflects a full service property which I did not get. This property is remodeling. A big piece of plastic is up blocking off the kitchen area. Elevators out of service going to certain floors. There isn’t room any service. I’m changing my own sheets, cleaning my own room, taking out my own trash, and buying my own breakfast. Why is the rate close to $200 a night?? Price gouging at a time like this is unacceptable. I understand the safety is the main concern however the price should reflect the amount of service I’m getting while renting.
