Nice location as it's nearby lots of restaurants. Lot of noise caused by kids running down the hallway until about 11:00 pm - I didn't officially complain about this though. Noise stopped only because another guest got angry as those kids banged on his door late night and then he had a talk with them. Lobby and pool area was clean, however the onsite restaurant and elevators didn't seem too clean. Our room was mostly clean, but dusty (lamps/tables etc ). Restaurant menu is not vegetarian friendly. Takeout food we did order once from restaurant was very greasy/oily, so we just ate out from that point. Overall, my experience was not bad, but could have been better. I'll explore other options next time I'm in area and need a place to stay.

The Hotel and Roon Were Clean

The hotel and room were clean, and I would stay here again, if i had to say anything negative, it would be that the entire hotel is build out of wood and not of concrete slab, so you can hear the person above you in another room, also the walls are not insulated and you can hear the person in the next room if they make noise. But overall it was a good stay.

Scary experience and unsafe

My husband and I stop at this hotel several times a year, and the front desk is always friendly and helpful. This time we experienced a frightening worker who cornered us at the elevator and began cursing at us. He proceeded to follow us in the elevator where he tried to intermediate us. I was unable to sleep that night, and my husband stayed up watching our car. I have never experienced such fear in my life. He ruined our hotel experience.

No complaints at all!

The front desk staff was super nice and helpful, the rooms were nice and clean, the bed was comfortable (important to me), the breakfast was very good (you pay for it, but it’s a restaurant style breakfast)… everything was great! I will definitely stay again if I make a trip to Southaven!

The air conditioner was broken, so the room stayed hot the entire time. Also, paid extra for free breakfast and got charged for that.
