Very pleasant stay, very professional and personable staff. Enjoyed our stay.

The desk clerk was busy on the phone and computer as we came in thus check in was slow.

Great service, very nice hotel. Would stay there again.

The staff was super helpful and friendly. The room was extremely clean and orderly. I also liked how they gave you the option of which type of firmness of pillow you like (firm or soft).

The only loop hole was the shuttle service that took 1 1/2 for me to wait. Driver didn’t even check customers waiting in the shuttle pickup. Observed other hotel shuttle drivers came down to identify their services

Upon checking out in morning went to get Airport shuttle they had TAXI's waiting out side they refused to take us to AIRPORT saying they did not have our room on list THATS not trur upon checking in that was the first thing we did was make a shuttle reservation after about 10 minutes of us arguing the let us in a Taxi NO THANKS TO THE FRONT DESK MAN he was zero help

The lobby was welcoming as was the bar and breakfast area. Our room was great. Stylish, bright and comfortable. We loved that such a small space could be so well utilized. The front desk was very helpful when we needed help finding our way to downtown Dublin. I'd definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. BTW....breakfast was fantastic!

Fourth time staying here. Perfect this for night before an early flight. The one time I had a problem it was handled immediately And there is a great park across the street

We had booked our stay for 3 adults. The pull out sofa bed was very disappointing. The mattress was so thin and you could easily feel the springs coming through it, it was the most uncomfortable night sleep I have ever experienced.

Nice place to stay, except the shower was plugged and water was everywhere. We contacted the desk and they said they would send up a plumber. One hour later, I finally told them to move us to another room, which they did. Also, no computers to be used to obtain your boarding passes, but the hotel next door did allow me to use theirs. Yes, I would stay there again.
