We had a great stay. The beds are comfortable. Shower head had great water pressure.Room was clean. Very quiet. Close to Galleria, Waterwall etc..Bar/Dining in hotel not open due to Covid. Free parking. Friendly staff. The hotel needs a little TLC but overall good stay.

The front desk was very friendly and check in was smooth. When we first got into our room, the only real problem was that our bathroom reeked like something was smoked/vaped in it. We ran the vent with the door shut and it eventually went away. I’d give this location a 3 out of 5.

Fair value. Hotel was no frills, a little dingy but close to the Galleria.

We were visiting our Son & family- they live nearby. Hotel Indigo offered fabulous bed & bedding. Safe area. Quiet, yummy coffee & the best shower. Plenty of parking. No car noise. We loved it.

The room wasn't very clean. There was Snot with Boogers on the wall, Fake eyelashes on the nightstand, room was Dusty in multiple places, the Wooden Floors are in very bad condition, Black marks and scratch all over the walls, room was overall dated. The only updated parts at the hotel is the outside of the hotel, the lobby and hallways on each floor. The rooms are horrible compared to the good reviews that was given about this location has. I also don't like to shower design. "Its inconvenient that a person have to walk in the shower to turn on the water." What if the water is really cold and you would like wait until the shower warm up before you walk in?? Whoever is reading this and if you go there you would understand what I speaking of. Great and friendly people. The rooms were home and cozy and classicly unique! Much recommended! Give them a try!

It started off bad and ended the same... I had to ask for another room due to the flooring being separated & our shower drain cover was completely off & next to the drain. I hurt my foot on the separated flooring. I requested a new room. The staff was happy to provide one. The new room smelled bad, but I didn’t want to complain again. The next morning they fixed the other room, we were next door & could hear them banging around at 8:30am on a Saturday. Also, I called to ask if the hotel was connected to the galleria prior to making my reservation & I was told it was connected to Nordstrom. Saturday upon asking where the galleria entrance was located, I was informed that you have to walk outside to get there. It was pouring rain. I was done with the hotel at this point & asked to check out a day early. The gentleman understood and fixed my bill. I went specifically to shop with my daughter & I did not want to walk outside. I made a new reservation at the Westin IN the Galleria. We had a most pleasant stay. I do not recommend nor will I ever stay at this hotel again. The staff is very friendly, maybe not knowledgeable given what happened with the galleria mishap, but they are very polite & helpful otherwise.
