There was no practice of CDC guidelines of wearing mask and social distancing. From the front desk to the guests, everyone has masks either on their chin or none at all. This is very concerning.

Very nice to stay. The staff was nice and accommodating.

Hotel showed vacancy through hotels.com, so we made reservations, got confirmation number and the money was transferred. When we got to the hotel the clerk told us there were no vacancies and there was nothing she could do for us. No calls to any sister hotels in the area or anything. Very unpleasant experience, especially since it was late at night and we were 5 hours from home.

Gave us the wrong room from our reservation. Reserved this room 2 months ago for my family and when we got here we were told this room we have is the only one available. I will not be back.

It was a good location for people coming in for soccer tournaments

When we walked in there was trash in the lobby floor and it stunk so bad, when we got up to our floor it was even worse! No air in the hallways at all. Very musty smelling! I will not be back.

Great stay. Hotel was pretty clean. Has carpet hallaways which is always a clean scare. Room was one of the best Rooms ever.

If booking through Orbitz, keep in mind that the hotel doesn’t care about what’s listed on their Orbitz listing. Pet policy on the Orbitz listing shows $25 per pet, per stay. Which fair enough, assumed would be $25 per night. When checking out of the hotel, I noticed a $75 pet charge. When I questioned the fact that the Orbitz listing, I was told it doesn’t matter and that their pet fee is $75 and since I was checking out on a Sunday, the manager will be in Monday and I can speak to them with no type of care.

The hotel is not properly cleaned and appears to be understaffed. The beds are nice.

We chose to wipe everything down ourselves with antibacterial wipes and sprayed Lysol everywhere. The hotel was short staffed and while we had a room for 4 per our reservation we had 2 towels and it took quite some time to get additional towels as the worker was overwhelmed.
